  • I like the way Eduson.tv is developing, and I believe they should keep on moving in this direction: making more courses, eLearning tools and tests for personnel assessment.

  • Due to 24/7 access people can easily learn whatever they want from wherever they want.
  • The Eduson LMS is very easy to use.

Cons

  • The library offers very few courses for technicians. So we added our own courses to the Eduson LMS.

  • Eduson.tv provides and LMS together with a large course library. It is a big plus.
  • We also used the Eduson personnel assessment tool to work out competences, maps, and individual development plans for high potential employees.

Cons

  • The more courses that are available in the catalogue, the higher is theoverall value of the product. It would be great to see in the catalogue more courses for technicians, blue collars, and some other employee categories.
