Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I used Duda to build website for clients. These would be independent soloprenereurs and non profit organizations. They don't have a team to help make software updates, so Duda is the perfect CMS solution for them. I have used many CMS platforms over the last 15 years and I find Duda to be very user-friendly.

Pros

  • Professional templates to choose from
  • Great account plans for agencies
  • Easy CMS
  • Good pricing
  • Great customer service

Cons

  • The CMS is glitchy at times
  • Need to clear cache in browser to fix glitch issues
  • Need ability to have global elements
  • Would like the ability to change templates and keep content

Return on Investment

  • I can build out sites fast which means more websites in on month
  • Easy to hand over to the client
  • Peace of mind for liability of a website being down.

Great website building SaaS platform

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a small digital agency, WSI franchised, and we build websites for S&M businesses. We use Duda since 2018 and have around 30 active websites. It is a feature rich, easy to use, consistent, flexible and very secure platform, which makes our building process and client management quick and efficient. Its customer support is helpful, and of course the resulting websites are modern, beautiful, elegant and very easy and quick to create and maintain. All in all is a great SaaS platform!

Pros

  • Very easy to learn and master
  • Builds beautiful, feature rich and easy to maintain cool websites
  • Provides an efficient management platform for agencies
  • Has a very good and responsive support team
  • Is continually expanding features and new add-on partners

Cons

  • Platform costs have been recently ramping up
  • It’s native e-commerce option is still lagging
  • Many new features come at extra costs

Return on Investment

  • Allows building websites very fast (even in 1 or 2 days!)!
  • Learning and mastering the platform is quick and easy
  • Provides a stable revenue source from licensing and maintenance
  • Allows client investments to focus on new SEO-driving content instead of technical maintenance or platform upgrading

A Drag-and-Drop Website Builder That Actually Works

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a authorized whitelabeler of Duda. Our agency uses Duda as an easy-to-use offering for clients that don't quite fit the scope of our larger offerings. We use the platform as a way to capture small business clients with smaller budgets and offer them a powerful, intuitive, and developer-free website experience without the cost of a full-on custom WordPress or HubSpot CMS implementation.

Pros

  • Flexibility in Designs
  • Intuitive Interface
  • Customer Support
  • Third Party Widgets

Cons

  • Builder Bugs
  • Some Widgets Aren't Useful

Return on Investment

  • Duda has helped our agency capture additional personas by allowing us to offer a lower-cost alternative to our core offerings.
  • We have over 100 Duda websites in our dashboard, many of which are small businesses that would not be clients without this offering.

Cons

  • Apply design from one element to another.
