DotDigital offers endless options for email campaign creation, automation, and reporting. To identify our customer base, they dig into every email we send to look for statistics. We have a wide range of options to customize our campaigns, including the ability to hide sections on mobile devices. In particular, filtering out non-human interactions and
obtaining a clear picture of what your readers like is advantageous. The platform's graphical user interface (GUI) is straightforward. It was simple to sign up, and the program creator for triggered emails is candid. When we've needed it, the support has been quick and helpful.

DotDigital has a drag-and-drop email builder and many good templates. Using automation, I was able to send out emails with ease. During the onboarding process, you will also be able to speak with real people. We use it to create modern and engaging emails for customers, whether abandoned cart or post-purchase. It has excellent reporting modules, but it lacks a few fundamentals, which can be frustrating. As a whole, the partnership has been a success so far.
