Remote work made easy!

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

My company uses DocuSign CLM for the review and signature of controlled documents, specifically those part of the Design History File for Medical Devices, used for submission to Notified Bodies. In a remote world, DocuSign CLM makes it really easy to send out documents for review and signature to various team members. The platform makes it very easy to view who has signed and who to remind about the document, and present deadlines to the signees.

Pros

  • Assigning signatories.
  • Reminding users to sign.
  • Placing specific action items within a document (ie. name, date, location).

Cons

  • It is not completely clear how to remind just those who have not signed off on the document, not the whole party.

Likelihood to Recommend

DocuSign CLM is a great tool for working in a remote team. When a document has been reviewed and needs a signature, DocuSign CLM automatically integrates with you contacts in Microsoft, making it simple to add members of your team. Placing signatures in certain locations, throughout the document, is very easy. When dealing with a lot of different team members, DocuSign CLM makes it easy to keep track of due to the color-coding of attributes specific to each reviewer.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DocuSign CLM, formerly SpringCM for our multilevel CAPEX approval process. It had helped us on eliminating the need of paper copy, faster approval process and modification on the CAPEX documentation. Also, we didn't need to run behind the approvers anymore!

Pros

  • Paperless
  • Fast Tracking and Processing
  • Easy modification
  • Quick notification

Cons

  • Easy Sign box placement
  • OCR recognition of Names to help on Sign Box assignments
  • More flexibility on reminder settings

Likelihood to Recommend

It is a perfect solution for following the right DOA process while approving the CAPEX, PO etc... forms. Besides this, I couldn't see any other usage of benefit.

Not My Choice

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Whenever there are documents that need to be signed, and the people who need to sign them are not physically present in the same place, we use it to get those signature(s) needed. It addresses the issue of needing everyone to be in one place and working with different people/companies in different places, as well as minimalizing the need to print papers.

Pros

  • promoting themselves and being the first app to pop up
  • integrating with google
  • making online signatures available

Cons

  • layout
  • the need for an account
  • making it look less spam like

Likelihood to Recommend

It is well suited when you need documents signed. It is well suited when you have parties in multiple places that need to view and sign the same document. It is well suited when you need someone to sign a document online. It is well suited when you want to keep all signed documents online.

Docusign in pandemic situation

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Due to the pandemic situation, we needed to adapt to the new reality and ways of work. That's why we implemented Docusign in the organization in order to be able to move on with our internal requirements that in the past need a signature and the new reality. We use it mainly to sign internal documents.

Pros

  • To sign internal documents.
  • To sign external documents if allowed.

Cons

  • At the moment I'm pleased about all functionalities.

Likelihood to Recommend

As mentioned in the initial question, we're being using it during the pandemic situation when all the employees were working from their homes. We needed to adapt and continue with the business and procedures so we found it very useful to sign internal documents to keep the evidence for internal audit for example. Also can be used for external documents as well (contracts with customers for example).

DocuSign CLM - A Very Useful Software

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have a lot of hard copy documents flying around, it takes a lot of time to file the documents. It created a lot of issues with missing documents or miss-filing. Since we have DocuSign CLM now, we are digital and paperless. Every document can be saved in its own folder. Document flow is fluent.

Pros

  • Payless
  • Quick and easy
  • Automatic flow

Cons

  • Page cannot be displayed
  • Document upload error

Likelihood to Recommend

It is generally a very user-friendly program. It is quite easy to learn but the training document could be improved. It takes some time to go through all of the steps. A quick guide would be very helpful especially for people who are very busy.

Save time, reduce errors, great for any size team.

We use DocuSign CLM to automate different workflows with our direct sales to schools. Based on different contracts, agreements, purchase orders, and other workflows, we have everything automated and syncing with salesforce

Pros

  • Easy to learn software
  • User interface
  • Third party integrations

Cons

  • Mobile website
  • Mobile application

Likelihood to Recommend

DocuSign CLM is well suited for larger B2B orders within our organization. I feel like it it really doesn’t make sense for the e-commerce side of our business. And so for smaller e-commerce companies with less B2B contracts, it probably doesn’t make sense

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it to send/receive documents that we need either signed or if we need to sign/fill out something. We also can create forms to fill out/sign and tell the end user exactly how we want the form filled out. It makes it easier for everyone involved.

Pros

  • Ease of use.
  • User friendly.
  • Quickly sign documents.

Cons

  • Be able to edit forms without being logged in.
  • Being able to easily ask a question on documents.
  • Incorporate it into other applications.

Likelihood to Recommend

When you need a document signed you can easily send it via email and have them fill it out. We use it to have NDA's signed quickly and easily. Also, having it on Adobe makes it easy to create a document that they can fill out or sign. Highly recommend.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DocuSign CLM to sign contracts with customers and sign paperwork with utility providers for incentives for our customers.

Pros

  • Email all details.
  • Follow-up emails after signatures received.
  • Lets you know if there is a signature missing.

Cons

  • So far, I wouldn't change a thing. Seems to work great for us.

Likelihood to Recommend

We do lighting upgrades for commercial customers with incentives from utility companies. We use DocuSign to receive paperwork from the utility company, sign it and then the customer receives the paperwork (contract) and signs it. We then all get a copy with all signatures via email for our records.
