We regularly need to have contracts signed with consultants and partners. Our work is primarily making grants to nonprofit organizations and signatures are required in each transaction. Especially in the age of covid and remote work being able to complete these agreements and obtain signatures remotely and quickly is very useful.
Pros
It is intuitive and user friendly
It is easy to obtain and download
It is efficient and can be near instantaneous
Cons
It is possible that this platform makes signing documents so easy that signers may not be taking the full time to read contracts before signing. Regardless, the onus is on the user to do their due diligence in each instance.

This product is useful in countless scenarios. In my experience, particularly in B-to-B transactions. We use this service with consultants of many different types as well as with clients in our primary service- grant making. There are indeed some limitations with users/clients/partners who are very limited in their comfort with digital tools. However, we have been able to successfully complete each transaction we have undertaken so far.

DocuSign CLM is well suited for larger B2B orders within our organization. I feel like it it really doesn’t make sense for the e-commerce side of our business. And so for smaller e-commerce companies with less B2B contracts, it probably doesn’t make sense
We have a ton of documents that need to be signed daily. DocuSign CLM is great when the project managers or execs are on the move and we need approvals pretty quickly.
Pros
Easily signed through a mobile device
Designation of names and placement for easy finding
Signed and returned quickly
Cons
It is not really for large busineses- $25 a user per month seems a bit steep

This will work well for small businesses. Adobe sign have similar functions for a cheaper price.
I send lots of contracts out between vendors and my clients. I needed a process to easily be able to track and edit and get contracts e-signed.
Pros
automating manual tasks
managing lifecycle of contracts
Cons
It was hard to navigate for simpler tasks, too many steps and processes.
Likelihood to Recommend
It's better for larger companies that need all the features the program has. If you need just a simple contract signed, there are less complex programs available.
