It is a perfect solution for following the right DOA process while approving the CAPEX, PO etc... forms. Besides this, I couldn't see any other usage of benefit.

We use it for the signing of documents. Since COVID, electronic signatures have been more and more the norm for signing of documents. Clients welcome the convenience and we appreciate getting signed documents back quickly. This makes transactions go faster and we have an electonic 'scanned' copy of the document right away for our files.
Pros
Documents signing
Following up on having documents signed
monitoring status
Cons
maybe it can request IDs in the future as well

best for remote doc signing; less if client needs to submit wet-ink signatures. DocuSign is easy to you and can be learned by our assistants without needing any lengthly training or testing. It is visually easy on the eyes and the directions/steps are easy to follow as well. It is user -friendly.

Our Onboarding team uses DocuSign to send offer letters, letters of intent, and employee agreements for new hires. We also use it to send Form I-9s, W4s, and other paperwork that they are struggling with signing in our onboarding system. Since we are all remote workers and we onboard field employees that are located across the country, DocuSign provides us a nearly foolproof way for workers to sign important documents that would otherwise be very difficult without in-person orientations.
Pros
No account required for signees
Flexible placement of text boxes and signatures
Templates for DocuSign emails
Cons
Wish there was a schedule send option
Seems to be a limit on how many templates you can save, templates are randomly deleted
"Voided" documents disappear, can't look back and see Voided documents for reference

DocuSign is useful for collecting electronic signatures on isolated documents and packets that are administered separately or integrated into another system. DocuSign is integrated into our onboarding system, Paylocity, which is where the employee completes all onboarding tasks required for employment. Integrating DocuSign with Paylocity allows us to send documents that require more than one signature along with other onboarding tasks, which makes for a less confusing onboarding experience for the worker. DocuSign also allows us to automatically run E-Verify from the integrated Form I-9 Document, which saves us lots of time onboarding each employee.
We have a lot of hard copy documents flying around, it takes a lot of time to file the documents. It created a lot of issues with missing documents or miss-filing. Since we have DocuSign CLM now, we are digital and paperless. Every document can be saved in its own folder. Document flow is fluent.
Pros
Payless
Quick and easy
Automatic flow
Cons
Page cannot be displayed
Document upload error

It is generally a very user-friendly program. It is quite easy to learn but the training document could be improved. It takes some time to go through all of the steps. A quick guide would be very helpful especially for people who are very busy.
We use it to send/receive documents that we need either signed or if we need to sign/fill out something. We also can create forms to fill out/sign and tell the end user exactly how we want the form filled out. It makes it easier for everyone involved.
Pros
Ease of use.
User friendly.
Quickly sign documents.
Cons
Be able to edit forms without being logged in.
Being able to easily ask a question on documents.
Incorporate it into other applications.
Likelihood to Recommend
When you need a document signed you can easily send it via email and have them fill it out. We use it to have NDA's signed quickly and easily. Also, having it on Adobe makes it easy to create a document that they can fill out or sign. Highly recommend.

We were challenged with finding a solution for sending a high volume of documents for signatures in order to stay compliant with recently updated regulations. Many of the solutions we reviewed either couldn't handle the volume we required or were extremely expensive. DocuSign was able to tailor a solution for our needs while keeping the price within our budget.
Pros

I used it when onboarding and pre-onboarding. It was a seamless process since I applying for a job in another state and couldn't physically hand documents over. DocuSign made it easier for both parties to move forward. I believe there are other departments in our company that work with clients such that they need the privacy and efficiency DocuSign offers. Since we handle sensitive data internally and externally.
Pros
User-friendly.
Seamless integration.
Cons
Modularity in features.
Customization.

DocuSign is well suited for finance, HR, and health industries. I'm unsure if it's fully leveraged in these industries, but for the case of finance and health, these industries are lagging in tech and processes. A lot of sectors are still functioning in old practices that are causing them to lag or generate inefficiencies.
