In our organization, I use Demostack primarily for product demonstrations. Motive addresses critical business problems such as fleet management and road safety, and Demostack plays a key role in enabling me to give interactive demos that showcase real-world use cases. This allows potential customers to see how our solutions can directly address their needs in a tangible and engaging way.

  • replicates a complete functional dashboard
  • its easy to switch between features in real time
  • you do not have to have different tabs open
  • there are click paths that can enable you with the best possible demonstrations

Cons

  • Demo stack enables every single feature on our dashboard I cant ask for anything more.

  • There is nothing I feel is missing from Demostack right now, sometimes it takes a while to load but that could be an issue on our end

Amazing product, amazing team

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We have used Demostack for 2+ years to build custom demos, quickly. In the past, it would take 4 - 6 hours to build a demo in the platform. We can now have these ready to present in less than 5 minutes. Our sales team uses Demostack for prospecting, intro calls, video tours and lots more. We know that deals are far more likely to close if a prospect sees a custom demo. But it was impossible to scale and we had to make hard choices on which prospects would get a custom demo. Now we can use them at any point in the sales cycle. We also love the Tours function which allows customers to have a self-guided experience with ROI info embedded. This helps champions sell when we are not in the room, which is a huge help since our typical buying committee is 5+ people.

  • Team is very responsive and helpful with bug fixes
  • Tech roadmap moves fast and they have been adding features based on our requests regularly

Cons

  • Platform was lacking folders for organizing, but they recently launched that feature so has been solved
  • Small bugs but team is very responsive to make sure we have what we need
  • Excited to integrate Demostack in our CRM when time permits

  • Only positive impact on ROI. Deals cycles have gone from +18 months to as little as 8 weeks.
