It was the best experience with a platform to manage payments from the company as a freelancer.
They have an absolutely amazing UX of the Interface and cover all my user needs. Very smooth.
I can definitely recommend the Deel platform to my friends. Clear communication. Clear expectations.
In my opinion, 100 miles ahead of old cars like Rippling.

It helps EOR to manage their salary, payments, and time off in a single place. It also provides a way to withdraw money using the Deel card.

Likelihood to Recommend

Deel is well-suited for employers handling EOR across the world with a single platform. EOR or contractors can see all their payments in an intuitive platform. FTE may not find it suitable since benefits are not included.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used it to be able to manage contracts, payments and invoices for our global team which was based in over 30 countries. Deel also allowed one-click payments which were really useful to pay in different currencies and created automated invoices which were things that was really beneficial both for us and our team, and and saved a lot of time.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you have an international team, if you are working with different types of employees (e.g. contracts in different countries), if you are working with contractors, if you are planning to global, if you want to streamline your HR contract management and finance team for making payments it's ideal. If you're only based in one country it probably doesn't have much value

Best way to receive money from abroad

I use Deel to receive payments for the work I do as a Software Developer for a client located in the U.S.A. Deel allows me to receive payments directly in my local bank account or through a prepaid card with minimal effort, low fees, and in a fast and transparent manner.

Pros

  • Provides a easy, transparent and fast way to receive money from abroad.
  • Makes it easy to maintain compliance in international contracts.
  • Low cost, easy and fast currency conversion from USD to my local currency.

Cons

  • Allow the use of multiple debit cards with the account.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think Deel is ideally suited for anyone that needs to receive money from US companies and transfer it to local bank accounts, prepaid debit cards or transfer it to other US accounts. It is ideal for long-running contracts as it requires a little bit of work to set up the account (nothing too complex, but maybe not ideal for a one-off payment).

Across the whole organization, it allows us to legally hire talents from all around the world while isolating away all of the legal, contract, and manual payroll work.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's one of the best international payroll platforms out there. Specifically, it is very good for remote companies that are hiring across the globe. It allows us to be legally compliant in all jurisdictions, pay in different currencies, and offers convenient withdrawal methods for all of our contractors.

Deel's integrations also shine as we can keep our accounting running smoothly with little effort.
