This application makes our email communication as secure as it is easy. Built on top of DataMotion's Intelligent Information Transport (IIT) platform, it offers flexibility that enables businesses to enjoy the same high-end encryption used by government agencies and large financial and healthcare enterprises. This helps our organization secure email communication.

Pros

User information will give information about the currently logged-in account, and there is an option to change your own password.
The compose option can be used to write a mail.
An inbox can be used to see the mail sent to us.
The draft will show us a mail that was drafted but not sent.

Cons

The Datamotion Secure Mail plug-in can be installed and used in Outlook while sending mail. In the search category, if you keep SecureMail 500 Admin and hit go, you can see how many admins there are. You can also see how many users there are and the license consumption.

DataMotion is one of the finest and reliable API tool for secure email messaging and data transactions over the internet. We are using DataMotion in our organization for sharing sensitive information and messages in a secure environment with the clients and within the organization. We have integrated our company outlook and data sharing servers with DataMotion to ensure [the] privacy and security of our information and it has worked great without any issues and provides an ultimate sense of protection at every step. This tool has solved the problems related to any sensitive information and data leakages within and outside the organization through its multilayer encryptions and secure channels. We are using DataMotion all across our organization to ensure the secrecy and security of organizational, important information.

Cons

At some times it marks important emails and messages as spam, although they are sent by trusted users.

DataMotion is a great tool and very helpful to ensure the security and secrecy of most important company documents, emails and bills etc. In today's digital world there are more than ever chances of data leakages and subsequent hacks, which may become very dangerous for any organization and business. In such scenarios, DataMotion plays a very important role and becomes a must have tool for any organization.

DataMotion is able to keep my information secure and I have much trust in the product. I [do] not have any issues sending private information for my company through the service. I have had to send social security numbers and wage information and have no qualms about it. I have not had any trust problems arise ever and I do not foresee any arising.
