we work in the healthcare field. sometimes we need to share patient information, so we use secure emails to share that information. it helps that DataMotion is HIPPA compliant so there are no concerns when sharing patient info.
we would to go through a more tedious method if we were not using DataMotion to send patient information.

It is good that you can use a secure word in the email between some squared brackets to ensure the chain stays secure, however, when this happens when a member of staff is out of office or the email should no longer be secure, this causes a little discrepancy in the functionality.

DataMotion is very useful in our field . Patient privacy is obviously a top priority, and DataMotion allows us to send and receive patient health information securely. It is quite easy to use, and people in our practice network can all access it .
We used DataMotion as our secure email option for clients. We included a link in our email signature to allow our clients to send us secure encrypted emails. With the level of detail and sensitive information that we as auditors receive, having a secure option that was easy for our clients to use gave our clients the confidence to send the information that allowed us to make further progress on our procedures. The business problem that the product addresses is the need for a quick, convenient method to securely email sensitive data, and this product allowed for this.

I would consistently recommend this as a great option to both send and receive sensitive client data in an effective and documented manner. In the audit industry, with the forwarding of sensitive financial and personal information, security and encryption are the biggest factors that our clients demand. DataMotion provides these characteristics and allows our clients to send information without concern or hesitation. Additionally, from an audit perspective, being able to have a tracking mechanism for when an email is opened/read also allows for us to maintain an accurate timeline of information flow.
We use datamotion to provide secure email options for offices that do not currently have this type of service setup and desire this service.

But on the other hand, DataMotion may not be as appropriate for organizations that do not have a need for secure data exchange or compliance requirements.
We have around 9000-10000 pension scheme members which all hold private and personal information. DataMotion allows us to communicate with clients safely and securely. Standard emails aren’t secure and DataMotion allows a new sense of freedom when corresponding online. It saves on postage costs and delays and is all-around a great product.

When opening emails using Datamotion, the hyperlink is a little large and sometimes causes concern for elderly clients clicking on the link; if this could be shortened in some way it would be beneficial.
The account locking feature after multiple failed attempts to login can sometimes be confusing as there is no timeframe for when to attempt a login again.
Sometimes emails don’t get read because people have to make accounts, if there was a way to login as a guest using the correct domain this would make the product even more seamless.

It’s well suited for sending large files containing vast amounts of personal information, which would require additional security.
