Cylance offered ThreatZERO, a full service implementation of the company's advanced antivirus solutions (cylancePROTECT or cylanceOPTICS) including operationalizing, consultation, red team services, compromise assessment, and other optional security consultation services available on subscription. After the BlackBerry acquisition in 2019, ThreatZERO is now part of BlackBerry's managed UES, available on tiers of service ranging from security implementation to active on-staff augmentation from ThreatZERO's Resident Expert service.
