Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using Cross Identity for our SSO solution. We needed a platform which would provide SSO and Password rest capabilities. We started with their on-prem solution and last year migrated to their SaaS offering. We did not face any issues with their on-prem solution but the SaaS offering has a lot of bugs. The product crumbled in each high load scenario. Support from product team was also not good. Their managed services is also not upto the mark and have very incoherent structure.

Pros

  • Password reset

Cons

  • SSO

Return on Investment

  • User experience was negative
