Scenarios where Creatio is less appropriate: Solutions which require high cutomizations on the frontend side as this can be done by javascript modifications but it increases the load on the page and slows it down.

The marketing tools are impressive, as well as the way Creatio offers a global approach, from initial lead generation to customer support and the entire sales process.
As a low-code platform, Creatio offers great freedom to users. Low-code means great opportunities and acceleration for creating new features and applications, but it doesn't mean that you can create anything in a snap, which can be frustrating.
In the other direction, Creatio is not indicated if you want a "basic" direct mailing solution, allowing only to manage mass mailings. It performs this task very well, but its capabilities are so extensive, it is a pity to restrict itself to that.
