Copper has been so incredibly convenient and made my work flow so efficient. The direct integration and seamless capabilities are flawless. It’s not confusing to use and the user interface is pleasing. The only thing I may recommend is being able to reply to emails that I wasn’t tagged or included on within the app or extension. The other thing that would also be helpful is an iPad integration but I know that’s more of an apple hardware issue. It’s been so great!

- Not being able to reply on emails i wasn’t included on
- Completed tasks not being erased
- Having a copper home page
Likelihood to Recommend
It’s so good for basic sales tasks I’ve recommended it to some of my colleagues who are running their own small businesses or small sales orgs. Its simple enough and allows you to add more complicated functionality as needed. The task reminders are great for busy people or people who need to keep an eye on lots of moving parts
