Our business is within the entertainment industry where we book artists onto shows/gigs. So we do sales with clubs/festivals/venues throughout North America. So we use Copper for our customer database and use their pipeline tools to keep track of projects.

Keeping teams on the same page with projects
Setting up of automation of tasks
Cons

Ability to move customers back to leads in contact lists

Copper is well suited for my business and workflows as we aim to have a specific workflow in all of our sales processes. Copper allows us to program this and lead our employees through it which allows us to spend less time on training.
Copper has been so incredibly convenient and made my work flow so efficient. The direct integration and seamless capabilities are flawless. It’s not confusing to use and the user interface is pleasing. The only thing I may recommend is being able to reply to emails that I wasn’t tagged or included on within the app or extension. The other thing that would also be helpful is an iPad integration but I know that’s more of an apple hardware issue. It’s been so great!
Pros
The integration with gmail
The bulk email functionality
Task reminders
Auto populating info for companies and people
Cons
Not being able to reply on emails i wasn’t included on
Completed tasks not being erased
Having a copper home page
Likelihood to Recommend
It’s so good for basic sales tasks I’ve recommended it to some of my colleagues who are running their own small businesses or small sales orgs. Its simple enough and allows you to add more complicated functionality as needed. The task reminders are great for busy people or people who need to keep an eye on lots of moving parts

We use Copper as our central CRM to streamline our entire sales process and client management. It helps our team stay focused and aligned by organizing multiple pipelines, managing client relationships, and tracking project progress — all in one platform.
Even as a hyper-local company with a small team (6–8 members), Copper plays a critical role in keeping departments connected and workflows efficient. It solves the challenge of disjointed communication and scattered data, enabling us to deliver a consistent and organized experience for our clients and internal team.
Pros
Helps sales visually see all moving leads/prospects
Allows for easy access on both desktop/mobile
User interface is fairly straightforward
Cons
Window change: for mobile - when you tap on a card from a pipeline it takes you to the lead’s basic info. I wish it would immediately just open all activities so I can quick see notes
I usually use Copper on the go. When you open the Copper app, it immediately opens a collab window. I wish it had some sort of easy dashboard….plus a notes area. I open Copper on mobile to quickly search for someone’s name or to take quick notes from a sales meeting

I think for a CRM the system is really good. I do wish there was capabilities to only live within Copper for all things: email/asset uploads/graphics etc Imagine current Copper + google drive + stripe payments + canva
Copper is decent great at tracking and easy to use. However to keep up with rivals they need to adopt more AI features and having more flexibility with its features. One example is the filters, sales teams will want to go straight into a CRM and have easy access, the filters Copper has somewhat makes it challenging.
Pros
Sales Pipeline
Insight Report Builder
email tracking
Cons
AI column fillers
Duplicates
Easier data enrichment
Likelihood to Recommend
I think for a sales pipeline it is very easy to use. Again the people/leads/company sections need to be more flexible as it makes things very tricky and time-consuming

We use it as our digital client log. It addresses help keep all client communication over the years, throughout different sales reps and accounts in one place, and makes the ease of connecting all the details for us in one place. we love that all the emails automatically pull in from gmail. We don't use too much of the reporting for our business, but definitely aim to make better use of this in the future.
Pros
Keep track of client communication
Help us find clients in the system rapidly
Help us follow up with the automatic task triggers
Super easy to use and really intuitive and quick to pick up
Cons
Ability to simplify the features further, and remove fields that don't apply to our organization
Ability to customize fields even further with different names based on how we use it
Adaptability for different industries - we are in hospitality, so if it would connect to CaterEase - our contract writing software that would be incredible!
Likelihood to Recommend
It absolutely perfectly meets our needs. Our team was using an excel document previously, and this is an incredible step up!

Copper used to be my previous CRM which we used in our organisation for about 4 years.
We had a pretty basic needs for a sales team of about 30-40 reps. No major automations or integrations were used. Our Major focus was, Managing leads / signups, Working on those contacts / leads. Then moving them into a deal stage and having various pipelines for relevant teams.
Pros
Putting in contacts from your signups
Moving them to a deal
Managing of various Pipelines
Cons
Reporting - can be better for complex reports
Integrations - can add more integrations
UI / UX - Make it more intuitive
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend Copper to anyone who is starting out with wanting a CRM for their Org. This would possibly be an Org who never has used a CRM - having Copper will help them dip their toes into the CRM tool and get acquainted in using it.

I used Copper mainly to organize my inbound leads (that were generated from my website). More like a sales tool than a marketing tool.
Pros
Sync with Gmail.
Cons
Integrations.
Automations.
Email Marketing.
Reading Confirmation.
Support.
Likelihood to Recommend
Inexisting Support (that answers partially to all our email), extremely poor integrations (budget at least $200 zapier sync every month), limited features (have to buy at least 3 other tools to make it work properly). RUUUN !!!
We use Copper to track sales opportunities, as well as our clients' and prospects' information. Then we use that to follow up and drive business. All documentation related to quotes, waste profiles, manifests, and invoices are also saved within each of our clients' accounts. This tool has not only helped keep us organized, but it has also contributed to the efficient growth of our business for the past two years.
Pros
Client business name, contact information, and sales opportunities
Reminders to contact the client for service or sales follow up.
Tracks all business growth.
Saves files and documents that are important to future services.
Cons
I wish it were easier to create a dashboard to view sales and growth.
There are some features I would like to change but can't seem to figure out, so I just deal with not being able to, nothing major though.
I would like to see it offer more free links to other services such as Quick Books.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is very easy to use to enter client information and opportunities, as well as follow-up tasks. I use the program every day to set myself up with a client follow-up list on a specific day each week when I either call a client, follow up on an opportunity, or simply schedule a service for them.
Copper [(formerly ProsperWorks)] is being used by the sales team as well as the marketing team primarily to build pipelines, track prospects, and forecast opportunities. Copper not only helps capture and qualify those actions on leads quickly but also automates repetitive tasks and logs activity so that the team can effortlessly manage a high volume of leads. With email-open tracking and deal alerts, we are able to prioritize the hottest leads and generate pipeline faster.
Pros
G Suite Integration
Sales automation

Cons
Lack of Features
Lack of Flexibility Outside G Suite
Customer Support needs to be quicker
Likelihood to Recommend
Positives for [Copper (formerly ProsperWorks)]: -G Suite Compatibility: An industry problem Copper CRM is focused on solving is the lack of integration with current software systems like G Suite. Copper CRM is fully compatible with G Suite, and it is the only sales automation solution endorsed by Google. -Copper CRM is focused on the time-to-value ratio. It aims to provide the maximum value possible while limiting the time it takes for its users to input data manually. Some of its features include workflow and task automation for users who sign up for the two higher tiers. -Simplicity: Copper CRM is designed to be simple. The software has a handy sidebar where users can search for tasks, tracked emails, opportunities, and companies. A link to contact the Support team is also included. If users have issues, they can simply reach out to this team. -Quick Onboarding: Setting up or switching to Copper is a quick and painless experience. Copper focuses on getting new users set up within days, not weeks or months like some of its competitors.
Negatives: -Lack of Features: The biggest drawback of Copper CRM is the lack of features it provides its users. It is designed for simplicity. Therefore, it is missing many of the advanced features offered by its competitors. For example, it doesn’t offer users a dedicated account manager, and click-to-call requires third-party software. -Lack of Flexibility Outside G Suite
