Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Colen Built Development has used the NEWSTAR ERP to manage their financial and accounting requirements since 2020. Over time, we have adapted many point solutions within the Constellation ecosystem to modernize our sales, field operations, and customer experience.

Pros

Colen Built has utilized NEWSTAR’s suite of software implementations to streamline processes, better understand and respond to their customers, and modernize operations.
Constellation offers a wide-range of products that helps manage the end-to-end operations of a homebuilder.
The implementation of NEWSTAR is well organized, and other integrations can be setup with ease.

Cons

Some user interfaces are dated, although the functionality is more important to us than the UI.
The expansive NEWSTAR system can take time to learn for new employees.
