It is used in the Human Resources Department. We use it as one of our survey sources to market price our jobs. We also use it for geographical differentials and bonus information.
Pros
It can find job matches that some industry surveys do not have.
It can always get data for a position.
It is easy to use.
Cons
LTIP STI information is needed in more detail.
It needs more detailed job descriptions for level differentiation.
Likelihood to Recommend
Well suited as an add on to validate market surveys. I do not use it as my main survey source. Can typically get data when other surveys are lacking. Always a good starting point for a market analysis. System is easy to use and fast.
