Clockwise Great for One but Maybe Not for All
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use Clockwise as a "personal" solution at my organization, as in it's just me who uses it instead of the whole organization. Clockwise has been an absolute lifesaver when managing 20 calendars when scheduling bulk meetings by allowing me to see a list of all conflicts when scheduling, instead of like on Google calendar where you have to look at each meeting that is conflicting and determine if it's something that can be scheduled over or not. Using Clockwise for my own time management with time blocks for focus has improved my output and the automatic 15 minute breaks after long meetings has been an absolute LIFESAVER.
Pros
- Breaks
- Bulk Scheduling
- Time Management
- Color Coding
Cons
- Putting meetings on calendars other than my own
- The Flexible meetings tend to be more trouble than they're worth, it's easier to just move them around by hand after the fact.
- The constant branding everywhere, even on paid plans, makes it impossible to use for client meetings.
Return on Investment
- Took a meeting scheduling process from over an hour to about thirty minutes
