Here at Ancilla Ventures, we use ClickUp to manage all our projects, tasks, and technical support tickets as well as our development team's sprints. This product does an amazing job organizing all of these things for us and we've started to expand our use into ClickUp's documentation features and forms!
Pros
Customization of fields in Tickets
Integrations with other sites such as Google, Figma, JIRA, and GitHub
Combining many apps into one- Ticketing, sprint tracking, form submissions, documentation, file management, and chats
Continual improvements. The ClickUp team is always making amazing strides to update the site and make it that much better for its users
Cons
I'd love to see the Custom Fields be set up to be specific for Task Types. Which I think is a feature ClickUp is currently working on
Searching can be a bit slow
Slack integrations, I'd love to have the ability to send customized Slack messages when very specific things happen in ClickUp

ClickUp is really easy to use, super customizable, and has greatly improved my company's overall organization. Projects are a lot easier to plan out with their Gantt Charts feature, tickets are easy to update, and their automations feature allows for a lot of automatic updates that can be tedious to do by hand or even hard to remember to do every time.
I use ClickUp to track the wide variety of projects and tasks my team is currently working on, and the status of each. I can view tasks by project or by team member, or view everything at once.
Pros
Overviews of tasks by topic, sub-topic, person, or everything (macro level)
Tracking of project or task status
Sharing of tasks between projects and individuals
Cons
Copy-pasting behavior from windows program is poor (formatting never comes over right)
Some tasks in rare instances randomly disappear
They decided to limit which colors you can choose as a user for your theme

ClickUp is very helpful and powerful when you need to track a variety of tasks relating to a project, or a variety of projects, and who is working on what. Their views are highly customizable so you will be able to get a good overview of just the information you wanted. I tried many project management apps and this was the clear frontrunner.
It's still slightly rough around the edges as it can be slightly buggy sometimes and copy-pasting into ClickUp from other programs doesn't always work well.
We utilize ClickUp as an organizational agenda tool for our Bi-Weekly Division Team Meetings, and have done so over the past two years. ClickUp has served our Division well for these Team Meetings, particularly in its accessibility and usability to track the status of specific staff roles, duties and responsibilities in real time, and is quite flexible/modifiable tool as well, and has the ability to export the web-based version of the app to document-based formats such as Excel, etc. I would highly recommend the use of ClickUp to all professionals looking for an organizational, portable web-based software application tool.
Pros
Organizing tasks/subtasks
Export to file formats
Accessibility/flexibility/modifiability of the application
Cons
Easier visibility/access for archived tasks
Multiple visual format options for the app

This app is well-suited as an organizational tool for all professionals.
I use it for managing my projects and tasks and for tracking and billing my time.
Pros
Organising projects and tasks.
Tracking time
Saving and organising links and attachments
Integrating with other services, eg Google apps
Cons
Synching with Google calendar so you can directly add a calendar event as a task in ClickUp (and there add notes, links/attachments, subtasks, track time etc.
Web clipping sometimes doesn’t work well.
Mobile app is sometimes buggy.
No built in pomodoro timer function.

After testing lots of project/task management and productivity apps, I think ClickUp provides the best combination of functions found in other apps on the market, and has lots of useful integrations with other services.

We use ClickUp to manage the project portfolio, manage all the projects tasks , change requests tasks and for the technical documentation. The tool helps us to collaborate in a better way, track and share activities.
Pros
Task management and planning
Create a relation between tasks, documents, projects
Super easy way to write documentation
Cons
Search over documents is a bit limitated at the moment

It is perfect to manage project tasks. Easy way to create reusable templates. Tasks are easly managed from different views: lists, gantt, table. At the moment I haven't seen a scenario where ClickUp is not useful.

ClickUp is used to actively manage multiple plans within a larger program. It enables real-time project management against activities, collaborative working, and easy roll-ups into Programme Plans. It's intuitive, responsive, easy to use, and allows for the same data to be presented in a number of ways - combining the best of other project tools out there into one single tool. It will always be my project planning tool of choice.
Pros
Presenting data in various views. Switching between views is quick and simple.
Very visual tool, with different colours to differentiate tasks, or view them together.
Easy to export into friendly pdf and xls files, as well as importing tasks quickly.
Cons
Some options are only visible on some views. It would be great if they were all available on all views.
Secondary sorting, e.g. sorting a gantt chart by start date, then by task name.
Integrated backup of a plan at a point in time.

I think ClickUp can be used in so many situations. I use it personally to manage home improvements; I have managed Finance Restructure Projects for some clients, Programmes within the government and recommend it to each client who engages our consulting company for project services. I have not found a tool that rivals ClickUp as yet - it is incredibly versatile and improving all the time.
In our organization, we use ClickUp to manage the different services offered by the chamber of commerce to our members, services such as legal advice, tax advice, job vacancies, business circles, affiliation, etc.
In each department it is used for different purposes, in some to inform the member of the stages in which their service is going, in other cases to inform about the expiration of memberships through email automations, in addition, we use ClickUp to follow up on the KPI.
Pros
Micro-management of executive services with dashboards.
Automation of repetitive activities such as mailing, filling in custom fields, and workflows.
Satisfaction surveys on the services provided.
Cons
Relationships feature, we need a better way to manage it, because we use this for CRM for 4000 partners.
Refresh rate, currently every change made to a task or list requires a page refresh to view it.
Automation menu to manage all automations in one place.
Conditional custom fields.

Click Up is not a data base, we tried to use like that, and it didn't work. It is perfect for managing and monitoring different projects with dashboards and work with clients inviting them as a guest. In our company works well with the following departments:
We have been able to consolidate so many different systems and disconnected workflows through our adoption of ClickUp. We are able to manage our contracts, financials, and reporting workflows. Where personnel is concerned we utilize dashboards to monitor turnover, retention, and recruitment success rates as well as maintain tables of sortable personnel information. Adding automations has allowed us to ensure position-specific training and certification are happening within the required timeframes. We also use ClickUp to centralize project management and high-level topic tracking for my executive team in one place, allowing greater collaboration and awareness of department focus. Routine processes such as purchase requests, help desk tickets, and other work orders all have their own areas where we can monitor progress from start to finish. I appreciate the frequent updates and innovation, it is rare to find a platform that is innovating to support us as fast as our industry is changing!
Pros
Integrated, flexible automations
Various views to support a variety of process needs
Cons
Dashboard functionality needs to be improved, still has some bugs and limitations on what can be brought in and compared.
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is extremely well suited as a ticketing system to track orders, etc. The only area that I have not been able to utilize ClickUp fully would be in trying to use the tables view as a substitute for complex spreadsheet work in excel.
