My company uses ClickUp as its main task management program. All team members, including management, use ClickUp daily for multiple departments: operations, HR, Sales, and marketing. ClickUp docs hold all of our company policies and procedures. The Dashboard oversees our clients' and internal company tasks and projects. Their automation assists in avoiding doubling up on efforts. Their universal search function, which allows integrated programs to be searchable, is a time-saver. My team has benefited from their new AI functions when creating procedure manuals and summarizing their workload, daily tasks, and other details.

ClickUp is well-suited for small organizations looking to grow and scale with their software. It's a robust, all-in-one program. Its multiple view options allow teams and individuals to utilize whichever type of view (boards, lists, tables, calendar, Gantt) works best for the information it holds. Because of all the options available, ClickUp may be overwhelming for a solo entrepreneur. Even with pre-made templates, setting up spaces to promote the most effective productivity may be daunting.
HR hiring processes - to ensure we don’t miss anything when onboarding a new contractor. Sales processes - to ensure the new client gets moved through the onboarding process successfully. We use this in conjunction with HubSpot. It keeps our team on pace with each other so various members involved with HR or Sales can ensure we have a standard process.

It’s such an easy-to-use program. Easy to begin and train yourself.
Likelihood to Recommend
Suited for ensuring nothing in our onboarding process is missed! I can go into the program and see my tasks right away and choose to view them on the board view. I can move them to complete by click and drag. Or you can opt to check off your tasks in the list view. The program offers lots of notification options too. You can get notification as much or as little as you want.
