We use Clari to analyse customer feedback, thus enabling us to identify the areas of improvement and develop targeted marketing strategies. We also use Clari to analyse sales calls and provide targeted coaching to the sales team. Clari can address some of our business problems, like a lack of visibility into customer interactions, inadequate sales coaching and overall inefficiency in the sales process.

Clari automates tasks like follow-up reminders, note-taking and CRM updates, thus freeing up the sales team to focus on sales. The real-time insights into customer interactions enable our company to take informed decisions and progress well.

Clari has an excellent conversation intelligence system. It is well-suited for any organisation that is looking to improve its sales process and customer service. Initially, our agents had difficulty understanding customer needs and preferences. Clari's conversation intelligence helped us understand the customer needs and enabled us to develop targeted marketing strategies and overall improve our customer satisfaction.

Clari is primarily designed for sales teams and may not be the best fit for non-sales applications such as HR or development teams.

The main intent is to help improve sales. We review the sales cycle calls, create live battlecards, a playbook for training, and other stuff. The transcription and summary help to identify call details. Also, the call is divided into different segments, which helps tag the call as per the sales cycle phase. If it's in the cold calling phase, eval phase, demo phase, post demo phase, or negotiation phase.

  • Creates call summary and add them in created tags to help us to targeted monitoring.
  • Help us create battlecards that agents can use on live calls.
  • Help us create library and playbook of good and bad calls for training.
  • Help us provide a call overview by team.

Cons

  • More visuals for team-wise data to create healthy competition.
  • Auto-tag the calls as per the summary.
  • More options for creating a playbook.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's well-suited for sales and customer service processes where the intent is both to sell the product and give customer or technical service post-sale. It is best to search for calls with different phrases. However, as far as I am concerned, it is less suitable for processes that are not defined. Like sales inbound, where we may not know the conversation direction.

We use Clari every week for our forecasting and pipeline management

Pros

  • Give us a way to delivery on our total forecast, and pipeline to manage dealprogresssion
  • It gives ways to filter and sort specific regions or reps to give quick overview
  • It is a way to indicate any risk on deals and give this information directly to management

Cons

  • When there is maintenance done in the backend our total numbers disappear so would be great to not impact production environment when doing improvements on the backend
  • I think Clari can train more the champions at customer to drive utilisation rates in your customers

in my week to week forecasting it is for a crucial tool as i deal with a lot of deals a lot of changing and moving parts so Clari gives me the overview so i can relay my feedback to management in an easy way

We used Clari for recording and managing customer and sales call and internal calls as well. It also helps us build internal knowledge base for customer calls for all our employees within the organisation for various purposes. We can also share public password protected links of the calls to customers sometimes when they need to revisit the topic discussed during the call.

  • The search experience is not good, it's super slow at times
  • Sometime the platform overall seems super slow even on high speed internet

Likelihood to Recommend

It's great when it comes to recording external meetings as well as internal calls. You can always share a public link (even the password protected ones) which help many times as lead/customers usually want to go through the discussion that they had with the team or even share with their colleagues who couldn't join the call. It also has slack notification when someone watches your call. Plus other features like CRM integration is also good to view customer/sales lead details and their calls.

Clari is incredibly useful to help forecast accurate and organize the sales pipeline. There is a lot of information inside of Salesforce, but Clari helps provide a very clean overview of what all the data means. There is a direct Salesforce/Clari integration that is very useful to help understand one's portfolio of where revenue is going to come from

Pros

  • aids organizing opportunities by close date, quarter etc
  • aids organizing opportunities by opportunity stage (development, commit, forecast etc)
  • easily see what type of opportunity is being worked on (net new, cross-sell, expansion, renewal etc)

Cons

  • Occasionally it can be difficult to save specifically formatted criteria views
  • The QBR dashboard has a lot of information on it, would be helpful if that was simplified to show what is most important
  • The Salesforce integration is not immediate, so when updating opps it can take Clari 10-15 minutes to accurately reflect (but honestly still works great)

Likelihood to Recommend

Clari is specifically well suited for sales reps, every week, every day to help organize their pipeline. Additionally Clari is very well suited for Sales Leaders to understand the entire sales organization picture in terms of expected company sales/revenue

I can't think of situations where Clari is less appropriate, but not the entire company needs access and you do not want to waste license counts on that

Clari helps in improving the sales revenue processes. It's very efficient and a very vital tools for all the Sales folks.It really helps to check the process, align buyers and sellers, calculate the risk and opportunity in the pipeline.

  • Since we use Salesforce which is integrated with Clari so it makes a little bit difficult to get the update on Clari as soon as it gets updated on SDFC

Clari is best suited for revenue prediction, revenue goals and the metrics helps identify and track the forecast.Since we integrated with Salesforce there still seems to be a glitch eg: when updating a field within Clari like stage or funnel, it doesn't show up out and I have to update the same field in SFDC instead, so there's double work

We have a big issue letting our number truly dictate what our forecast actually means. Clari addresses several business problems, including lack of visibility into the sales pipeline, inability to forecast accurately, and inefficiency in managing customer communications. By providing real-time data and analytics, Clari can help sales teams identify where they are in the sales process and identify potential roadblocks, which can help them close more deals and increase revenue. Clari lets us see exactly what is happening with each and every single deal giving us a better chance to forecast correctly.

  • Visuals can sometimes be a bit much with all the graphs and bubbles and whatnot.

Likelihood to Recommend

Clari helps us to automate administrative tasks such as email tracking, meeting scheduling, and follow-up allowing us to focus on higher-value activities, such as closing deals. It also helps managers to monitor the performance of their team and identify areas for improvement, which can help them to optimize their sales strategy and increase their revenue as integration with Salesforce is key to us optimizing this tool. Nothing to complain about here the tool overall is amazing.

Clari turns forecasting simpler for me and gives me a clear view of my attainment numbers: visibility of opportunities, updates, and the ability to change fields. Clari is solving the problem of quick pipeline care and hygiene. I have been able to spend less time looking for notes and instead boosted performance by having Clari up all day for my workday.

Clari has allowed us to get more thoughtful about revenue forecasting. We feed the data from Clari into our other reporting systems and can get much better visibility into our quarter and year than we used to. However, we faced a few issues getting things set up, but this could simply be due to our Salesforce data integrity rather than a limitation with Clari itself.

Today, we use the product to track pipeline for each individual salesperson and to forecast the business on a monthly and quarterly basis. It's a pretty straightforward use case for anyone that has ever been in tech sales.

  • Tracks deals in pipeline
  • Connects to Salesforce for ease of use
  • Forecasts the business on an interval the organization wants / needs

Cons

  • Improved user interface. It's not very intuitive.
  • Send email/text reminders to complete actions.
  • Knowledge base is good, but kick-off training would be helpful.

Likelihood to Recommend

For anyone in sales, this is a pretty indispensible tool. If you are serious about tracking the deals in your pipeline and having a central area of engagement between management and sales, this is the place to track and discuss the forecast. It's probably not as well rounded for pipeline progression discussions, Salesforce is still probably better for this.

All quota-carrying reps and their management teams use Clari as a forecasting tool. It allows us to validate our forecast easier than we would in Salesforce alone. Our management seems to love it as it makes keeping track of our forecast easier for them.

Pros

  • Visualizing how close you are to your commit/quota
  • Highlighting deals that may have stalled
  • Intuitive forecasting

Cons

  • I still find myself having to update apps in Salesforce as well as Clari when it's supposed to eliminate the need for duplicative forecasting tools.
  • Reps don't have access to company-wide or even team reporting. Would be really helpful to see how other reps are doing and what deals they have

I don't have any scenarios where it isn't appropriate. It's a good forecasting tool.
