Citrix Workspace is used so that we have access to our desktop and all files remotely when away from the office so that we are able to retrieve files from any place or time.
Pros
Secure access.
Responsive.
Available on many platforms.
Cons
I find it particularly difficult to easily save to anything other than my file database, such as my regular desktop files. The series of folder paths is very confusing in my opinion.
I cannot save pdfs to my remote system and must save them locally.
No printing to work place destination capability.

Citrix Workspace is great to use for intermittent remote work. I still prefer my full system in an office though because of the confusing and difficult time with saving things locally or in pdf form.
Citrix Workspace is used for providing general-purpose desktop virtual machines to employees in my organization. There are many day-to-day utilities like chrome, Putty, Word, etc being hosted on Citrix Workspace and provided to users to be used in a secure connection.
Pros
Daily use application at on place like Chrome, Word, Explorer, Excel, putty, etc in company secured connection.
Citrix Workspace can be used to provide general purpose virtual machines to users.
A company can also host internal tools and applications to Citrix Workspace for easy access to everyone in the organization.
Cons
Sometimes, it takes much time to spin up a virtual machine. I use a general-purpose windows system through it.
UI for Citrix Store Front can be improved. It can be more engaging.
User should be able to create collections and manage apps as per their preference.

Citrix Workspace is no doubt one of the best solutions if you are looking for seamless access to multiple daily used applications at a single place in a company secured connection. It has centralized updates and a patching mechanism which makes it operate hassle-free. If you are using AWS cloud in your company and big fan of it, you can also go for Amazon Workspaces for a uniform ecosystem.
We use Citrix Workspace to access some of our customers' virtual machines where we do our daily work in a completely secure environment. Besides access to VMs, we also have access to a set of pre-configured software solutions without having to deal with installations/configuration steps. We use it either from company computers or sometimes from our own devices (when working from home or while traveling).
Pros
Secure Remote Access to customers' VMs and computers.
No installation, ready-to-use applications are available with a click.
Cons
Uses more bandwidth than other remote access options.
Few customization / personalization options.
