Chargeback was established by three brothers, former e-commerce entrepreneurs, and the creators of Dropship.io, with the mission to help businesses prevent chargebacks. According to the vendor, they developed a solution to address their own challenges, which ultimately led to the creation of Chargeback.

Chargeback is an automated chargeback prevention service designed to do exactly what its name suggests—prevent chargebacks. It alerts users to transactions where the customer has just initiated a chargeback request, allowing the user to automatically refund these transactions before they escalate into chargebacks.

This proactive approach helps reduce chargeback rates, lower fees, and minimize potential issues with payment processors.
