Pros

  • Search features.
  • Quantity of resumes.
  • The format that the candidates information is presented.

Cons

  • Licensing can be an issue with our thousands of users.
  • Not sure if candidates are actively looking for roles, as they don't constantly update their career builder account.
  • Mass emailing: zcandidates don't usually respond.

Return on Investment

  • We have been able to present MORE candidates to our clients in the staffing industry, and therefore fill more positions.
  • We are able to find MORE QUALIFIED candidates using search features, to in turn fill more direct-hire positions.
  • We have to pay or Career Builder for thousands of people, so that takes away from ROI.

CareerSiteBuilder - It is worth it but has shortcomings.

Pros

  • Easy to use website with support if there are any questions regarding training and understanding.
  • Job posting and sourcing works well with the millions of candidates available to use within the system.
  • CB Support is always helpful and reliable when you need them.

Cons

  • There are some missing functionalities that could be addressed such as fusing resume search and recruitment edge.

Return on Investment

  • It has been helpful in finding candidates to fill client requirements.
  • It does not always have the correct contact information when searching resumes.
  • Overall it has been helpful but recruiters have to stay on top of it or else it will not work well.
