We use Canto to store a variety of digital files, and use it as a quick-link library. We have created numerous "portals" through Canto, and have been able to provide different permissions to each portal, depending on our needs. In particular, we have created a public "service" portal for our customers, where product users are able to find manuals, tutorials, parts catalogues and more, all without needing to contact a member of our service team. This self-service tool has been incredibly successful for our business, and we have heard only positive feedback from our customers.

For our business, canto has been incredibly helpful. There are multiple facets to our business, and the ability to create customized portals for each use case has been great. I would absolutely recommend Canto to any company that needs to provide multiple files to different shareholders, including sales managers, dealers, customers, service managers and more.

We manage all our photos and graphic design elements and some video clips. This allows us to easily create links to share specific items with internal and external people.

Canto works well for organizing assets and sharing those assets with others. It could improve in the speed of uploads and processing of video files.

We previously used a VPN and internal server to store our digital assets. They were organized by folder and pretty much unsearchable. We had many versions of the same image in different resolutions. Sharing was difficult and we had to use other third party apps like wetransfer to send images. Canto replaces all of this with cloud-based access. We only need 1 version of an image (the original high res) and we can search quickly with the meta data. We can watermark images for outside use automatically. Canto has solved many problems.

I've already recommended and I will continue. I found it very easy to figure out. We're not using it for video much as I am concerned about how fast we'll fill up our storage limit.

This means they can get what they need without having to contact us for each request which results in a better customer service experience for them.

Canto has saved us so much time from having to handle individual requests from our customer markets around the world for specific assets. With Canto, they can find what they're looking for without having to reach out to us as the manager of the assets. It also makes it easy for us to find assets for our own use among thousands of files.

Our company loves using Canto because it gives easy access to searching any image in our database. We used to use Dropbox but that didn't give us the option to tag our products by names and patterns. Using Canto we can tag each image with customized tags that allow users to easily search for what they need.

Canto is great for any company or individual that deals with a lot of photography and video assets. I feel like every marketing team should have Canto because it just makes things easy to search for and organize.

Canto has helped us to share assets across the team in an organised fashion. I love the ability to tag and sort the images as we see fit and use the custom tagging features to ensure the team can search by whatever is easiest for them. You can easily find all assets for a particular product by searching for that product name, or all content featuring the same model. It's also been helpful in the post-production process for shoots, whereby we can have conversations with the photographer via Canto comments. This has saved a lot of back and forth! The team loves it and it's made our lives a lot easier since we've been using it.

Canto has been really helpful for custom tagging so that anyone in the marketing team, or wider business, can quickly and easily find the images or videos they need by searching in the way they want to - e.g. by product name or model name. It has improved our post-production process as we can easily have conversations with the photographer using the comments section to pinpoint what we are talking about, rather than having lengthy email exchanges with screenshots.

Canto is utilized by our entire organization. We leverage Canto's flexibility in designating different user permissions such as external vendors, partners, customers, employees and the marketing department. Canto allows a global organization to easily manage assets.

Canto has saved our organization a tremendous of time in transferring, sharing and organizing assets.
