I work as an instructional designer supporting the training for this software at a university. I also teach part-time; what makes this software so amazing is the fact that it helps universities help students eliminate the financial barriers associated with getting into the university. What adds to the value is that this software isn't only employee-facing. It is also student-facing as they can utilize the different services that it offers to empower themselves, which I think really speaks to what this can do for any large university system.
