In our organization we used Calendly to schedule calls and appointments across different associates with new and existing clients to properly distribute workload and harvest new leads. Calendly helped us to schedule consultations with leads and assign them to someone who has the proper expertise to help with their consulting needs. It also helped us to schedule existing clients with their account representative and anyone else who needed to be included. It really helped connecting clients, new or existing, schedules with our companies work load and schedule to have a seamless interaction and not let anyone slip through the cracks.
Pros
Calendly helps to schedule clients calls with their open times and the companies
It helps us harvest new leads by allowing interested people to schedule calls at their convenience
Easily set up and schedule calls or meetings and have a good overview of monthly scheduling
Cons
Integration to other calendars could be a bit more smooth
It would be nice if there was a way to filter unwanted meetings
a prioritizing feature would be nice in case of scheduling conflicts

I think it is very helpful in situations where you need someone to schedule a call based on the clients openings or to have an options for prospective clients to schedule a call with you. It might not work as well for established clients that you have a regular meeting with or a closer relationship to.
I love calendly to help schedule meetings. Saves so much back and forth time.
Pros
Easy to schedule
Simple to update availability
Easy to use
Cons
Hate seasons time change and how that affects availability as a photographer and there's no way change except to have events based on season
Likelihood to Recommend
Whether you're meeting someone in person or online, any meeting 5 minutes to I think up to 12 plus hours you can schedule. It also updates based off your availability in your calendar if you already use a standard digital calendar for all your events!
I use Calendly to schedule everything for my business, from coaching sessions to prospect meetings to client consultations. It is a set-it-and-forget-it proposition: the other party finds a time on my schedule (always up to date because it's synced with my Mac calendar) that works for them; Calendly does the rest, including sending them a Zoom invite for the session. My time savings are astronomical because I am typically booked six months in advance.
Pros
Sync with multiple calendar types so my schedule is always current.
Integration with Zoom to schedule meetings, send invites, and populate my Zoom app accordingly.
Automatic email communication to all parties with all relevant details in a clear format.
Allowing team members to do the same in a way that I'm also notified of what meetings are taking place saves a lot of time in terms of coordinating to find out what other people are doing.
Well-designed interface that simplifies everything down to its clearest expression. Language instruction and interaction are wonderfully simple and clear.
Cons
My only criticism is that when accessing it from a mobile browser, the time input controls (when setting availability) don't use typical mobile controls; they're open text fields. So, instead of a pick list like most phone apps use, I must type in all numbers. The caveat to this is that I probably should be using the Calendly mobile app to do this, but I am not.

Top echo what I said at the beginning; it's perfect for everything I do because they all involve coordination with other people: clients, students, team members, and prospects. The one thing in my business that I have the least amount of time or aptitude for is the thing that it does best: logistical coordination. It's no stretch to say that Calendly's scheduling and coordinating simplicity is a godsend.
We send our Calendly to our clients so that they can easily pick an available time on our calendar that works for them. This tool has significantly reduced scheduling conflicts and improved our overall efficiency in managing client consultations.
Pros
It supports team based scheduling
Integrations
Automating scheduling so you never double book a client
Likelihood to Recommend
When you and your client are very busy and have multiple meetings per day, instead of going back and forth trying to find a good time, they can just pick one from your calendar essentially.
Calendly has been a great addition for my practice. I'm able to let prospective clients book a consultation call with me without my having to fumble with a calendar to find a date and time that works for the both of us. I get an email notification once a time slot has been selected which allows me to plan my work day accordingly.
Pros
Integrates with Google Calendar
Offers different types of meetings to be booked
Offers a free version to get started an familiarize yourself with the program and settings.
Cons
I'd like the option to have a separate landing page for paid consultations, so clients can choose the length of time/amount they'd like to spend.

Calendly has been an excellent addition to my tech stack. I love having the capability to sync with various Google Calendars so that my other appointments don't conflict with any new appointments being made through Calendly. I'm also able to integrate with Stripe to collect money up front for my paid trainings and consultations. Then I know a client is committed to the appointment and have less cancellations when they have paid for my time up front.
Used it to schedule appointments with consulting clients and prospective clients.
Pros
Easy to schedule calls.
Syncs to Google calendar.
Clearly mark available times for meetings.
Cons
Native Gmail integration might be cool.
Their Chrome app was a bit clunky.
Expanding their functionality, but the simplicity is also one of their best selling points.
Likelihood to Recommend
Works great for simple calendar management and scheduling needs, when synced with Google calendar or similar. Not really meant to be more than that, I don't think. Definitely more feature rich options if you're looking for a fully integrated CRM, etc.
The international nature of our business involves lots of timezones, as we deal with clients, contractors, and employees all over the world. The use of Calendly thoroughly simplifies our scheduling, whether for interviews, meetings, problem-solving, sales calls, and customer catch-ups. Knowing that availability in your own timezone can be set and viewed locally by another timezone is awesome. The integration to your calendar app is also great, reducing extra clicks and manual timezone calculation.
Pros
Automatic timezone updates
Set and change your availability
Cons
Schedule setting can be a bit cumbersome, with lots of clicks
Likelihood to Recommend
For us, the value of Calendly is brilliant since we are working in multiple timezones. Even in the same or similar timezones, Calendly reduces the time spent trying to find mutually beneficial times to connect with employees, customers, and suppliers. The ability to set your availability and let it fill up according to the availability of others means a radical boost in productivity.
Everyone in the company used Calendly. We tried a few scheduling tools but Calendly was hands down the best. It was the easiest and most effective. I feel like my number of meetings increased when I was using Calendly. I would recommend this tool to anyone. It is the software I will be using if I own a company in the future.
Pros
Easy to use
Easy to customize
Cons
Can be pricey
Can have difficulty adjusting the timezones.

I have used Calendly in a handful of different ways. The most common use case for myself is through my emailing and prospecting tool. I reach out to a lot of people via email. Many people don't want to take the time to reply, so having a link in the email makes the scheduling process much easier. My number of meetings increased when I was utilizing Calendly.

Our entire sales department uses this to help manage meetings with new and existing customers.
Pros
Schedule meetings - I am able to share a link with anyone that wants to set up a time to meet with me and they are able to see my available time on the calendar. And then schedule a time to meet with me.
Manage my schedule - I am able to set certain hours that I've never available and certain times of day that I will allow meetings. This helps me to be able to balance and manage my schedule.
Cons
UX design - I've never felt that their interface was beautifully designed. I believe they could make it a little more flashy but still stick with a simple undertone.
Email reminders - I would love it if I could have email reminders sent to my customers that are going to meet with me with details about the call.

I believe Calendly is an awesome tool for any person who deals with a lot of back-and-forth emails trying to schedule a time to meet. Their free version is more than enough for a small sales team. I believe Calendly has nailed this software.
We use it to book appointments both externally, and internally, as we are a remote team. A key feature is the time-zone adjuster. I'm able to easily set up meetings with my colleagues on other continents without worrying too much about whether or not we will all have the time correctly on our calendars. It's also helpful that it automatically sends out Zoom meeting information so that people know how to join my meeting.
Pros
Easy to use.
Reliable.
Cons
Wish HTML5 worked on automated emails. Would like to add a video to ours.
I wish it integrated better with software.
Likelihood to Recommend
Calendly is perfect for setting up a meeting with people regardless of the timezone. It is less appropriate as an iPad screen for people to choose in-house appointments.
