There are very few players in AIOps space and Broadcom is one of them, AIOps from Broadcom supports full stack observability capability and don't need to depend on other third party tools to achieve end objective. AIOps from Broadcom was used to centralized aggregate event or alerts data as data lake and then churn the data to generate meaningful incident.

- De duplication, Co relation of events and alerts
- North bound integration with ITSM products for incident management
- Adding devices in to maintenance mode to suppress alerts
Cons
- AIOps SaaS which is DX OI is one of fantastic product of Broadcom, if they increase the data injection capacity would be good to compete with other providers
- AIOps still don't support out of box integration of ITSM product Summit AI which has to put in road map.
- DX NetOps is one of finest network monitoring tool of AIOps but it should offer SaaS as of now it is on prem solution
- AIOps Dashboarding should be more advance ,it is outdated and not much attractive.
