Principalmente en la administración de reclutamiento, es una app súper completa, ayuda a tener toda la pxpeidenite completa desde seguimiento de datos personales, evaluaciones quién fue contratado y quién no, eso hace mucho más fácil el proceso, sin duda te ayudará mucho en la administración de procesos y mejoras. Puedes integrar a tu proveedor de evaluaciones si es que asi lo deseas ytes muy manejable y personalizable me husta esa parte.

Es una muy buena app para trabajar lograr tener toda la información del candidato en su expediente completo. tienes toda la información a la mano y en el momento indicado todos los hiring managers estan involucrados en el proceso y eso facilita mucho la comunicación entra las áreas.
A veces la app falla pero es muy poco cuando eso pasa y no permite el acceso.
Es bueno poder etiquetar a las personas involucradas en cada proceso

We use Breezy HR for candidate tracking which helps consolidate all incoming resumes into one place for easy management. We are a small company but had a huge influx of candidates since we opened remote work as an option, it was necessary to track everyone with a professional tool.

Pros

  • Kanban board style pipelines
  • Email automation
  • Team Scorecards and discussion
  • Auto Resume parsing and importing

Cons

  • Reliability. The site was completely down one day recently and slow to load on other days
  • Refreshing pages manually on changes could be handled better
  • Visibility on where free postings have been posted and their statuses

Likelihood to Recommend

Any case where you have more than a dozen candidates to track at a given time. Especially if multiple positions are available. If you have one posting live with minimal traffic it may be overkill.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Breezy across our whole company of ~25 employees to manage the recruiting process. This includes creating a requisition, syndicating it to our website via the embedded widget, and syndicating to other third-party online job aggregators for maximum reach. From there, we use Breezy to track inbound (and referred / internally sourced) candidates through the evaluation process from initial screening through hiring.

Pros

  • The user interface is really easy to pick up, and so none of our users have required any training to get going.
  • The template format makes it easy to ensure that no matter who creates a requisition it follows a similar format. It's also possible to copy/clone past requisitions to save the effort of re-entering the boilerplate "about us" etc.
  • The default landing page that Breezy provides has the right amount of customization without being overwhelming or feeling complicated.
  • The ability to configure real-time notifications via Slack is nice. If you've got a difficult requisition to fill, it makes it easy to be highly responsive to high quality inbound candidates.
  • It was really simple to embed their widget onto our own jobs page as well.

Cons

  • The role and permissions definitions are relatively limited so we pretty quickly wind up having to make many people "Admin" level roles. It isn't a problem for our company, but it might be an issue for larger deployments or more complex scenarios.
  • It would be nice if the system could "poke" team members when they've got candidates lingering too long in various pipeline stages.

Likelihood to Recommend

Breezy has been a great solution for coordinating hiring process across our geographically distributed team. It was incredibly simple to setup (an hour?) and embed in our own website.
