In our organization we use Braze for different marketing communications, transactional communications through various channels like email, push, on-site. We do not prefer SMS, RMS, WhatsApp very much, mostly due to high cost and wrong user interpretation of communication. The business problems we address are providing mass personalized communication to our user base. According to our user base, we believe our use case has a large scope.
Pros
Auto triggers, extremly helpful when determining user behaviour scheduling campaings accroding to triggered action
multi channel messaging, supports almost all the channels, push, email, web push, onsite, IAM, SMS, RMS, WhatsApp, Line
Testig and report generation, A/B testing and multiple tools are very useful when catering with such large audience, alomg with Braze intelligence features and generating reports based on the changes and variations.
Cons
rendering of content block, at some conatent blocks the rendering becomes a problem when the block works fine when directly imported but malfunctions in spaces when impoted through liquid.
option to add mutiple rows in content blocks, such that bigger template content blocks can be created.
creating and integrating IAM, on-site, communcaiton a bit easier.
Likelihood to Recommend
scenarios where reaching out to large audience, in a persinalized manner and testing various startegies, and implementing fast paced chnages to drive retention and acquition. scenarios where it is less appropriate where the audience base is comparitively smaller and personalization data is insufficient to take ncessary decisions, hence, wont be compltely helpful.

Employee in Marketing (E-Learning company, 501-1000 employees)
We use Braze for all marketing needs, from retention to new user acquisition, customer journey, and retention. While our channels are limited to email and WhatsApp, the main problem Braze solves with other tools is the ease of content updating due to a robust catalogue system. While other CRM tools lack features like heat maps, Braze has it all.
Pros
Catalogue content updation.
Analysis of campaign with heatmap etc.
Fast segment creation.
Cons
Some things we can't really open in new tab.
Duplicating tab doesn't works.
Search feature is very bad.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for companies that have larger campaigns and a predefined template for most of their emails, companies where consumer journeys are a huge thing. It is less appropriate for companies that are small in size due to its sheer cost and the implementation tech required.

Pros
Easily create great visual content.
Build simple and complicated segments.
Create user journeys (canvases).
Cons
Internal reporting tools are very inflexible and don't fit our most significant needs.
Scheduled reports are not interesting after the first day, and we generally delete them without looking at this point.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is best for simple product-based e-commerce businesses or subscription services. It is less helpful for service-based businesses with multi-year engagement cycles.
