Pros
Compatible with popular CMS packages: Users have found Bluehost to be compatible with popular content management system packages such as Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal. This compatibility has made it easy for many users to work with different platforms and manage their websites effectively.
Solid uptime performance: Many reviewers have praised Bluehost for its solid uptime performance. They mention that their websites rarely experience downtime, which is a crucial factor in maintaining an online presence and ensuring a positive user experience for visitors.
Affordable hosting plans: The affordability of Bluehost's hosting plans has been highlighted by several users. They appreciate the cost-effectiveness of the plans, particularly for small projects and individuals on a budget. This affordability allows them to get reliable hosting services without breaking the bank.
We hold an annual education conference and use Bluehost (and their tools) for creating, maintaining, and hosting our site. Their "all in one" approach lets us set up a custom domain, build the website, and track visitors. Being able to manage everything from one place has simplified the entire conference experience for the people who manage the event.
Pros
Customer service/tech support is simply top-notch. Being able to pick up the phone, get help, and not get charged for it is rare in the tech-support world.
Their Dashboard/C-panel has a wide selection of popular tools and options to make website design and all that goes with it very easy. Lots of choices; they are more than a simple hosting service.
Keeping their tools up-to-date. I never have to worry about upgrades or having the latest features; it just happens automatically!
Cons
Although their upgrades are generally awesome, when the GUI changes, it can be a challenge to find what you are looking for (i.e. "where did that go?").
It might be nice to have a "simplified" view for new users; the number of options can be overwhelming for someone not familiar with web development/hosting.
Likelihood to Recommend
Bluehost is well suited for a person or organization looking for an all-in-one solution for having a web presence. Both new and experienced users can take advantage of their tools at a very reasonable investment of time and money. They are dependable regarding "uptime" and provide first-rate customer service and tech support. Trying to cobble together all that they offer from separate vendors would be a tremendous waste of effort; Bluehost has it all!

Bluehost is a decent choice for WordPress because of its Optimized Hosting for WordPress (OHWP) platform. Bluehost also provides various options for Shared, Cloud, VPS, and Dedicated web hosting plans for their customers.

Likelihood to Recommend
Bluehost is a decent all-around choice for web hosting with professional web development and domain management features that are particularly ideal for WordPress websites and blogs. They have a good reputation within the industry as a company that invests heavily in new technology and platform innovation. Bluehost has made a lot of improvements to customize their back-end administration (AMP & control panel) by working to improve the usability and design of the browser interface. Bluehost is primarily focused on customers who use WordPress and we would recommend either their hybrid cloud or managed WordPress platform, which provides everything that you need to build and maintain a popular website. All in all, Bluehost is a well-established brand that continually improves its hosting products, regularly upgrades their data center hardware, and is generally considered a leader in the development of new cloud hosting platform services.
