Virtual Streaming - The virtual setting for our hybrid events is great! Virtual attendees can comment, ask questions, and create an online community. Recordings of sessions are ready quickly as well.
Registration Setup - The customization options for registration works extremely well for our organization! During our annual conferences, we expect a diverse group of attendees such as clients, our franchisees, and Enterprise Sales VPs. With Bizzabo, we're able to customize registration options making that part of the process seamless.
Agenda Customization - With our events, we offer not only main sessions, but also different tracks based on role/business goals. Bizzabo allows us to build agendas that make sense for our audience and help us internally analyze what sessions are getting the most traction.
Bizzabo Mobile App - The mobile app is outstanding! It eliminates our need to print thousands of copies of our event agenda and gives attendees access to updates in real-time. We also use it to communicate promotions, announcements, and reminders, making communication with attendees super efficient.

Onsite Equipment - When we are in-person for our events each year, we always encounter issues with our onsite equipment (WiFi routers, printers, and iPads). At least one piece of the equipment has always been broken and it makes our jobs super difficult - Either making it so we can't use that piece altogether or forcing us to consolidate equipment down for a large volume of check-ins.
Equipment Support - When we've been onsite and encountered issues with the Bizzabo equipment, it is nearly impossible to get any support or help. We have tried multiple chats, support phone numbers, and ticket submissions, but none have ever resulted in a good experience or solving for the issues.
Registrations Under One Name - In our business, we frequently have cases where one person registers for a group of attendees. However, when they arrive onsite at check-in - The group members cannot find their names - They are all listed under the one person's name who completed registration. There has to be a better way to fix this part of the process!

Bizzabo is really well suited for large-scale hybrid events. In this day and age, it's imperative to have a software that can successfully accommodate virtual and in-person attendees. Bizzabo blends these experiences extremely well. It is also great when event agendas are complex and need customizations - Bizzabo offers flexibility and has options for tracking session attendance. Bizzabo does not work well for smaller events with in-person only registrations. The risk of the equipment not working is high and, for smaller events, not worth the stress!

We have used several systems here at the University and out of all of them this one is the best by far! We have everything in one location. My only complaint really is that it would be nice to not have to have a full webpage for a very simple event. Something basic with just a header photo and the event details would be nice. I know that this can be made on the site, it just seems a little too intricate for a basic event.

We use Bizzabo to handle both our in-person and virtual events and webinars. We run on average about 3-4 events per month on Bizzabo. The main problems that Bizzabo has solved for us is having a unified platform to support events that allow for both in-person and virtual, as well as included app support, and lastly physical hardware to support check-ins.

To date, we have yet to find a situation where Bizzabo is not a good fit for our event needs. There have been situations that for budget reasons we have decided not to use Bizzabo to ensure we stay within our purchased registrations.
We used Bizzabo in the past year for both virtual and in-person events and liked that we had a good amount of control over the email templates, the merge tags we were able to use in comms, the referral marketing functionality, and overall analytics. The in-person check-in experience was also very seamless, which made it easy for our team to make that fluid for attendees.

My company has used Bizzabo for several years, for all aspects of event management for both in-person and virtual meetings. Also used the accompanying mobile app to allow attendees easy access to event information.

Works well for management of both in-person and virtual meetings. Mobile app works good. Ability to access recorded sessions for one year is helpful. Since Bizzabo has worked well for my specific meeting needs, I am unable to share where it might be less appropriate.
Bizzabo helps us coordinate events and schedules when we host in-person conferences. Overall have had very good experiences. It's been a great fit for when we have our in person annual customer conference with attendees from around the world. Being able to see all events and sessions in one clean application makes it very easy to choose which to attend. I would recommend creating a function that allows us to see which attendees are attending which session.
We use it for both small and larger events when we want a personalized landing page and a more in depth registration process. It also allows us to use promo codes for our partners and high value prospects. We like the amount of customization that it provides along with the event emails.

If you're holding a large event, I highly recommend Bizzabo. It's also a great tool to use if you want to scale fast as it doesn't require you to leverage your Operations and/or Development team for landing page creation as it's very user friendly.
Our organization uses Bizzabo for almost all of our event needs; registrations, session selections, speaker/talent/exhibitor/sponsor contracting and document management, on-site check-in, badge printing, session scanning, event app, etc. It has become almost our one and only tool for events. We also recently started using Bizzabo instead of Zoom for staff meetings for our remote team members.

Bizzabo's email tool could use a good update to allow for more customization and easier functionality.
Bizzabo's survey and polls tool could also use an update to allow for easier use of selected audiences, more customization, easier duplication, and better alerts and confirmations.
It would make Bizzabo's registration tool even better if you were able to easily sell add-on tickets and group tickets (without every registrant's name at the time of check-out)

They also have great account managers who will work with you as much as possible to help you achieve your specific needs or pull in their software team to help. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Bizzabo platform and the support staff.
