Intuitive Design and Stellar Functionality in Hatchbuck

Hatchbuck is being used by our company as an innovative CRM and automated marketing platform. It is being used across the whole organization.

Pros

  • Intuitive design and implementation, which means it's amazingly user friendly.
  • Keeps tasks, contacts, and collaborations organized.
  • Is amazing at automated, action-based, and behavioral marketing.

Cons

  • I am not an advanced user, yet, but haven't found anything that it's lacking thus far.

Likelihood to Recommend

I would say that it's very good for those who like things easy, intuitive, and visual. The personal trainings are AWESOME and I have (and continue) to learn so much. It's going to take our small business to the next level. I would say that it's very good for travel companies like ourself, among any B2C business that might be at a crossroads where they would like to better handle leads and website visitors.

Our company uses Hatchbuck strictly in the marketing department. We find it to be a great solution to reach a specific group (large or small) of customers quickly.

Pros

  • Allows you to tag contacts on import in order to differentiate between groups of customers. This is great because when we are wanting to follow up with conference attendees, we can filter by that tag.
  • Hatchbuck sends out mass emails in waves in order for our email to NOT be sent to spam.
  • Hatchbuck has GREAT customer service. I have worked with the same rep from the date of subscription and have NEVER had to reach out to anyone else. If she does not have the answer for me, she will find out in a timely manner and not pass me along to someone else.
  • Hatchbuck seems to be a perfect fit for the functions our company needs.

If you are looking for a program that is simple to use, can reach a large audience with a click of a button, and be able to track the customers activity, then Hatchbuck is well suited for you.

Hatchbuck - A Great Email Automation Platform for Someone Looking for a Simple and Straight-Forward Platform

Hatchbuck is being used by our sales and marketing team to both track leads and sales as well as being used for email automation and marketing to current customers and prospects. It solves the problem of tracking sales and automating the sales process while allowing us to dynamically segment our list.

Pros

  • Hatchbuck is great at email template creation.
  • Hatchbuck is great at responsive email designs.
  • Hatchbuck is great at tagging and segmentation.

Cons

  • Hatchbuck is missing some functionality in the automated marketing side in regards to list segmentation/management.

Likelihood to Recommend

Hatchbuck would be a great fit for someone looking to get a better understanding of their customers and their interactions with their site and easily targeting and marketing to specific segments, However it is missing some more advanced features and multiple condition based email marketing campaigns.
