Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Guru is used as a large database for our product information, SOP's, and general updates. Guru is vital to our team and we reference this application several times throughout the day. Each one of our products has its own Guru card that contains all product information from benefits, product page link, weight, sales pitches, etc.

Cons
- Chrome extension often fails to work properly
- Difficult to learn at first
- General search function can be improved
Return on Investment
- There was a steep learning curve for many in our team
- We mainly use Chrome integration and sometimes the application fails to load
- With thousands of Guru cards, searching up one specific card can sometimes be difficult as the query brings up so many results based on a key word
