Azure OpenAI is sued for O365 including sharePoint, teams, exchange & OneDrive. We also use it for voice recordings, VDI & AI.

Studio works well for interaction without code. Model capacity based on version can be tricky as you can be running in a specific region and need to spin up a new region based on available capacity to support a specific version # for model.

We use GPT 4-o deployment of Azure OpenAI for Generative AI application where we have utilized this to generate recommendation for products, chatbot for financial insights and many more. this helps in reducing manual effort and adds more engagement with a RAG approach which gives response based on knowledge base.

I think in todays date there is no other good option than OpenAI services, I recommend creating Deployments within azure because it adds extra layer of security, privacy and billing management. anyone who wants to do quick POC should try OpenAI models and based on their need they can select their Tier as it is also costly but it is worthy

I am a part of Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub, so I have access to latest models on Azure OpenAI Service. I use them to accomplish my research related tasks like disease findings in crops, taking summary of them with possible treatments as well. I also use it to generate texts for articles and business conversations.

The pricing doesn't seem fair to me if we compare the limitations and errors in the models. Also, they are currently working on new unified portal for all AI projects which is in beta preview. So, I guess we should wait until it matures, and fixes all the issues and should use once pricing and performance improves.
