We use Attentive Mobile to send all of our adhoc and journey emails as well as SMS campaigns. Our production team builds email in the platform and our digital marketing team schedule email and SMS sends, update journeys, build journeys, and perform A/B testing.

I wish the scheduling calendar also showed draft campaigns, not just those that are scheduled.
It is a little difficult to delete old saved rows.
It is difficult to delete old automated recommendation zones.

I think attentive is great if you're aiming to grow you business and know that SMS is right for your customers. I believe that it is a costly investment but the return is great!
