Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use it every week to pull TikTok creator + profile analytics since I hire lots of creators for my 9-5. I need it to give weekly analytics reports to our clients. Since I hire a mix of UGC creators starting new brand pages and influencer who just post 1 video, I needed to extract data from both complete profiles (by their usernames) and individual links. Apify's TikTok Data Scraper does this.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Apify to create Make automations for scraping Upwork job leads, proposals, and connections. I also plan to do the same on Indeed. The platform is simple to use but has many options. There are many automations to choose from on the platform, which makes it nice to use.

Our AI and automation agency sends around 200 cold emails every day so I need Apify to scrape leads from apollo, then scrape the lead's linkedin and linkedin posts for specific information like achievements, client wins, recent projects, differentiation points, etc... We use this information as a point of conexion to create a personalized message to increase reply rates.

  • Apify linkedin actor worked perfect so far
  • The API connects easily
  • It wasn't very difficult to become used to the user interface. I think it is fairly easy to learn

Cons

  • I'm pretty happy with the actors I use but more actors in the lead generation space would always be better.
  • Some actors are too expensive. I just use the free ones.
