My company doesn't have the signature for a paid Office Software, because of this I work with this platform opensource. Is good to know that the Apache OpenOffice Calc is much better that the others available to download, the reason behind it is the multiples formulas, charts, dinamic table and graphics available to use. I think that only problem to reported is when you need use the macro, I think that it dont work much better like the Microsoft Excel.
Pros
Nice interface
Best user experience
Constant evolution
Better than others opensources
Cons
Fuction with Macro
Fuction like PowerQuery
Multiple users using the same file on the cloud
Backup automatic in case of bug or crash

Suited : Using like data base in csv. to work with Tableau; Build dinamic charts and dinamic table Less: Using with a lot data the file become some slow and turn the file inappropriate to work fast, so I need divide the data or work using another software to build charts and dinamic dash.
