As I am a part of presales, I consult other companies to use AlertOps in order to manage IT incidents and save times. In fact , my company uses the same software to manage and resolve the IT incidents win call scheduling, excalations etc. with all the other features that it has to offer.

  • Save times by recognizing and resolving the issues

Cons

  • Notifications alert can be a little late at times
  • User Interface can be quite confusing to new users
  • Some alerts are generated unnecessarily.

AlertOps helps you get intelligent alerts from different Servers. It helps to better manage our Hardware, Software and our Services. It is a real time, intelligent incident management Solution. It has a lot of integrations available especially with Phone. It helps us to quickly analyse an issue, react, communicate and resolve the same. It has a real time Dashboard with incident prioritization, Audit Trail, Incident Reporting and Ticket Management. This along with Notifications.

  • Value for Money
  • Manages Incidents
  • Prioritizes Work Flow
  • Helps collaborate across the Whole Organization.

Cons

  • Unnecessary alerts sent to Engineers. Probably need to update settings to avoid this.
  • Sometimes UI can be difficult to use.
  • Creating new integrations can be time consuming.
  • Bit complicated to configure initially. Need to speak to Customer Care.
