We have integrated our eCommerce application with Adyen and the following are the scenarios: Drop-in framework is well-suited and fits very well in our case. Also, it has a secured integration layer with front-end technology. We do not worry about PCI DSS Compliance and audit as API integration works well independently. Also, all of the payment information of customers is encrypted and secured which increases trust in privacy. Different Payment types integration like 2-step verification, account login verification, etc. Runtime configuration to display or restrict payment type.
Adyen is our only payment gateway. Thanks to Adyen we are able to offer localised payment across over 180 countries that we trade in. Adyen offers sufficient chargeback solutions and some fraud detection tools, however we use additional fraud tools as digital products are at increased risk in that respect.

Adyen is a great payment gateway. Their account management is excellent and always happy to provide more insights and answers when needed. I personally especially appreciate reports that help us make a decision which payment enable in what regions. The Adyen CMS is easy to use and intuitive. And the most importantly, the number of payments offered is impressive.
