Use Cases and Deployment Scope

ADP Mobile Solutions is used to track our paystubs, time and attendance, and its use as a general hub for employees to access their PTO and time off. It's a great app especially since its on mobile devices employees can see their paystubs and PTO time without being on their work computers

Cons

  • Sometimes the application goes a bit slow compared to using the ADP application on the computer.
  • Better UI

  • I believe it's been positive because it saves managers time from answering a bunch of questions
  • Also saves us from having to update peoples taxes or direct deposits as they can do that straight from their phone

Great for Big Businesses

Pros

  • Personal security with monthly password resets.
  • Great breakdown of future payments.
  • Easy Clock in / Clock Out feature button.

Cons

  • The option to not reset the password monthly would be nice.
  • Finding W2's is a little tricky.

  • Hard to keep up with payments as small business grows.

ADP - Ability to be at the office when you are on the road.

Pros

  • Access to clock in - several times, we have had computer issues with the internet being down. The ability to clock in off the mobile app has been an enormous benefit.
  • Ability to access payment information without having to be at your desk - which I just used last night while cooking dinner.

Cons

  • The ability to view your password when you enter it would be helpful. Too many times, a typo causes issues, and you can't see what you typed.

Return on Investment

  • Time savings definitely, as all info is easily accessible for the employees to view so they don't need to see Payroll Admin every time they have a question.
