I'm not using this one because I'm a reseller, but the main companies that I'm trying to resell, are using it for internal training content that they are providing to their own resources.
Pros
I think the way that the tool does the beginning to the end of the path of the training for research. I mean, when I start to use this one, I can check all my life inside the tool about learning.
Cons
I think that the license model is not a good one because sometimes it does not fit what the customer is asking us. So I think that should be a little flexible, the license model can be better.
Likelihood to Recommend
The best part is for internal training. For the HR area of the whole company deserves a tool for learning. So I think that the best part is working with the HR resources.
While it is a great program that can build entire online learning courses, we were not able to implement it to the fullest at our school. The learning curve is a little high with all the other changes we had going on moving to virtual instruction.
Pros
Robust course creation
Great interactivity
Cons
Steep learning curve
Likelihood to Recommend
Adobe Captivate Prime is well suited for create learning modules that a company would want employees to complete at their leisure for training within their company. Accounts can be created and progress within the courses can be tracked.

Program Manager in Information Technology (201-500 employees)
It has helped our Learning & development division very effectively. It helped us get huge amounts of people trained and certified, and it's a great LMS. Its powerful ability to create different types of e-learning content easily. It's easy to navigate and see all my courses which are related to recruitment or project management.
Pros
E-learning
Training modules
Presentation
Cons
user-interface
Expensive
Likelihood to Recommend
I think it is well suited with a large team looking for a effective tool for Learning and development on different courses. But it is also expensive for smaller teams in a small company.
Adobe Learning Manager is used at our real estate organization across the entire employee base to direct and implement our employee training and compliance program. This spans multiple competencies such as accounting, leasing (sales), marketing, senior leadership, and maintenance. As a real estate company beholden to many federal, state, and local regulations, Adobe Learning Manager helps us keep up with compliance requirements, as well.
Pros
Rich and engaging learning experiences that capture employees' attention.
Is multi-device capable so our teams can take classes where it's most convenient for them during the day, especially if they don't have an assigned static workstation?
Allows us to personalize compliance training based on where our employees are at in the organizational chart, competencies, and requirements.
Cons
It could aim to be more competitive in the LMS market with regard to pricing, as it is on the very high end.
Customer support is lacking, but we've not needed to use it as frequently.
Slight learning curve (which is ironic) for learning navigation within the system.
Likelihood to Recommend
Adobe Learning Manager is best suited for all levels of our company, from senior leadership to accounting to our on-site staff, which leases units or does maintenance work for us. It is an essential part of our employee training and compliance program, as it allows me to highly customize, schedule, and track course learning and compliance with the many areas of Fair Housing law that we have to navigate.
We are using Adobe Learning Management as part of a corporate initiative driven mainly by HR. This started a few years ago, with the goal to train each department and educate our employees on core values, business overall, team management, and how to become better, more engaged leaders. This initiative soon turned into a full-on strategy and resulted in a much happier work environment and more efficient work across all departments.
Pros
Their dashboard can be customized based on the company's needs and it allows learners track progress, and deadlines.
Their notes feature allows the learner to take quick notes during the training session and refer back as needed.
It provides layout customization and settings - i.e.: only show relevant notifications and hide/ display specific section on the homepage.
Cons
The software crushes randomly and pretty often which disrupts the training session.
POOR customer service
The interface seems outdated
Likelihood to Recommend
Overall the company achieved the goal through this tool to train each department and educate our employees on our core values, business overall, team management, and how to become better, more engaged leaders. But, we have all experienced crashes during training sessions, which disrupted the flow, so their engineers' team could invest more to facelift the interface and update the overall functionality so that it avoids interruptions.
ALM is currently used to administer our external licensing training. Licensees can enroll in one of three classes in any of 8 combinations. Licensees choose classes based on the needs for their intended license. Adobe Learning Manager has been useful to track students' progress in the program and once learned by the administrator, tracks the progress well.
Pros
Tracks learning time in each module.
Provides customizable reports.
Provides daily score reports (subscribable).
Can use CSVs for registration/enrollments.
Cons
I would like to see Q2 quiz scores searchable.
I would like Q2 quiz scores filterable.
I wish quiz scores for each instance would load all at once, I'd rather see lag than have to scroll endlessly.
Likelihood to Recommend
Well-suited to places that have the funding to implement appropriately. Well-suited to internal training. Well-suited to compliance training. Less appropriate for licensing training.
Adobe's LMS is used by our company in managing the learning courses, one-on-one mentoring session. The company also used them in upscale the skills of the employees. The LMS is used mainly for Sales & Marketing Department. It only used for internal purpose. The multiple course selection helps the employees to grow own their own time limitations. The company provide reward criteria as well for completing the specific set of programs.
Pros
The easy UI helps the employees to find the related content.
The learning calender has the feature of reminding the user.
It connects with other applications like Zoom that helps in arranging the live session effectively.
It has offline access support.
Cons
It has lack of internal conferencing feature. We always use third-party application for that.
As a manager, it is hard to compile the data. Need more robust analytical dashboard.

I have been trying to explore some courses for Sales Department for grooming. And it is really easy for me to take that access. The enrollment feature helps me in discovering other departments courses and programs.
I have encountered an issue with the reporting purpose. During the employee review, I didn't able to find the time spend by the employee to complete one program. This is the flaw I have found because the learner may skip the learning lectures.
It was brought on to replace a primitive LMS that wasn't meeting the needs of the organization. It was going to be used as our training platform of internal employees.
The first priority was to address the lack of any compliance training at the company and then training management and employees.
Pros
Automation, with a one or two person training department automation is important
SSO
Tracking training
Suggest other training for PD and personal development
Cons
Filtering and sorting on the back end for courses
They need a focus group or forum for users to ask questions, make suggestions and support other admins
Likelihood to Recommend
It is the best LMS for a corporate environment. It really sets itself apart from other LMS by using skills as the building block.
