I use 360Learning to make world wide courses for process software. As the software is developed in a world wide group and all the users use this same software there was a big need in having a platform where world wide users could login and find the necessary courses on how to use the software we are creating and changing. It makes collaboration with people around the world verry easy and creates a community where people help people.
Pros
multi language options
visual way of courses
Great motivation with the scores and medals you get with achievements
Cons
Search system should not only nook in title of courses also in content
Easier way of grouping courses, folder system maybe where all subjects are available.
Chatbot AI to search your courses in stead of the standard search bar
Language settings on login page so users select there language on start up.

Courses that are needed in multiple languages is a big one here.
My company has a very small training team and even smaller training platform, 360Learning allows us to buy third party content specifically for the use of our sales team that integrates very well with our LMS. Most of the content is predicated on customer service, sales, and how to be a better sales person in general which helps us build custom build content.
Pros
easy LMS integration
plenty of content
works in EXP if necessary
Cons
I wish content could be custom built without the much higher price point

What was useful for us is that this became our primary learning for our sales associates outside of the custom built in house training we have for sales, that program is specific however, but we are missing a lot of the continuing ed and or supplemental learning that 360Learning fixes for us, this has allowed us to spend more time on creating training that is unique not only for our sales people but everyone within our organization.

Pros

Easy to create content.
Good management system.

Cons
Not enough gamification.

360Learning allowed us to stimulate and engage our collaborators during the pandemic. Best practices and knowledge are now shared on the platform. We have built training programs and made partnerships with training catalogs to provide resources to our collaborators. We also designed onboarding for the newcomers. It is really appreciated at Leyton.
We really like working with 360Learning as they are one of the best vendors we partner with. They have excellent customer service and a fast, responsive support team. They are open to suggestions and actually take the time to incorporate them into their project roadmaps. Because they are a smaller, but growing firm, they are super receptive to feedback and are constantly launching new features to their platform. The system is easy to use and learn, and we love that it decentralizes authorship so we can have business SMEs create content.
Pros
Customer service
Support team
Receptiveness to feedback
Constantly innovating and launching new features
Clear and useful resources
Cons
I would like more features, but they are constantly improving their platform with new features!

Best suited for organizations who want to work with a vendor that's adaptable and growing alongside the firm.
Our organization uses 360Learning to align training across multiple departments in multiple countries. We build programs, training plans, and follow up within those paths to test user knowledge and review user engagement. Heads of other departments use the program to create tailored learning experiences through videos, worksheets, and engagement options to promote continuous learning. Our onboarding groups use it to stay on top of the required training needed once hired into the company.
Pros
Paths allow for seamless user integration.
Search function and filters make it easy to find programs.
Grouping parameters help tailor programming to different departments.
Cons
Greater flexibility with tools, like drag and drop for videos when building content would be helpful.
User filter and search options similar to excel without having to export data.

Not only is 360Learning a great tool for large organizations, the additional assistance and check-ins from our 360Learning partners help when we come across situations that may need a little more help. Hugo helped onboard with some integration and Andrea is consistently checking in, sharing perspective on providing business results, and following up if tickets are submitted for an issue. He helps simplify my experience a lot. Additionally, the platform works with our HRS for automatic uploads of new users into the platform. This is helpful when reducing the amount of time to onboard.
360Learning is our main learning platform for all technical training in all retail roles. There are some limitations to what you can do in regards to activities.
Pros
Increases collaboration between learners.
Mobile friendly.
Customer support.
Cons
Having an agent via telephone for support is easier when you have a quick question than creating a ticket and waiting a few days.
Having more options in terms of interactive activities.

When you have an issue that can affect your users and you are told that it will be fixed at the next update which could be a month later.
