Keka HR vs. Zimyo

Keka HR is well suited for me as it helps me to manage my taxes and gives me different investment options within the web application itself which allows me to save income tax. It keeps track of all the investments, deductions, taxes etc. Scenario where I found Keka HR less appropriate is there Article section. Companies have their own Newsletter Page where they publish their Articles which everyone reads. But Article section within Keka HR, I didn't found that much useful.

Best suited for automated HR process and effective employee engagement. Not so appropriate for companies who have very specific processes and require customizations that are out of the ordinary.

• Attendance according to schedule
• Define objective for employees
• Manage whole tenure performance for any individual
• Employees can check their finances on it
• It's easy to use for anyone

• Zimyo has room for integrations.
• Layout is simple but can be better in terms of design, looks a bit like too simple.
• LinkedIn Integration and offer letter management.

This service is very optimistic and creates a reliable and smooth environment within organizations. Organizations can easily figure out the performance of every individual. It became easy to send financial reports for every employee through Keka HR, and it has a robust payroll system which is very helpful for the HR and account department.

Zimyo's pricing is better than the rest of the HRMS tools available in the market and very simple to use and deploy within the organization.

• Salary and Tax Management is made easy for employee
• Team Management and Team Performance can be tracked
• Accurate in Payroll Processing

• Zimyo has resulted in very good ROI.
• Automation of Human Resources Processes.
• We were able to recover the invested amount in 6 months only.
