Likelihood to Recommend	Pike13 would be well suited for an organization whose clients use the platform in person, not for a virtual service. Every school that has used it, has had great success in keeping their attendance records straight for their students. This is great when promotions are coming up, or special seminars that need to reach everyone. Return on Investment	The notification of scheduled events, helps ensure employees know when their schedule has been modified, which cuts down on employees arriving late, etc. The notifications to customers of when their payment methods are expiring, etc helps to ensure they can update their information through the customer portal themselves which cuts down on administrative time.
