It has very efficient consultants who ask the perfect questions so that the shortlisting of candidates is exactly what we are looking for. I also like that the whole process is done in a maximum of one week. That is, we already have the qualified personnel hired and working in one week.

We had drawbacks with some of the selected people, but the YouTeam team quickly helped us with the drawback by providing a new list.
In the introductory interview, they overlooked to ask the location; that's why the list they sent was of candidates who did not have the same time zone, making remote work more complicated.
Although they guarantee that those hired will stay for an average of 2 years, the truth is that we lost a good employee in less than that time.
