Vantage Circle vs. Xoxoday Plum

I think Vantage Circle is a great idea and would recommend all the organizations to use it to motivate and reward their employees. As of now I don't see any scenario which is less appropriate. This initiative definitely works well for larger companies and gives good flexibility to the managers to reward their teams.

Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

• It offers redemption Vouchers for most of the merchants like Amazon, flipkart etc.
• It offers discounts for redirected sites and also provide additional discount on these sites.
• It provides cashback vantage points on the purchase made using redirection on lot of merchant sites.

• Build a credible pipeline and increase sales velocity.
• Helps with pushing the sales prospects to complete the deal.
• Personalize reward campaigns can be run as per the team size and interest.

• The reward gift card amounts are hardcoded- like 250, 150, etc. There should be an option to self-enter values.
• More tie-ups with Corporates like Toastmasters International, Corporate Diva, etc for personality development and leadership initiatives.
• Healthify, Cult, Art of Living, etc. can have tie-ups with Vantage Circle for promoting Employee Wellness as well as good habits. Vantage Circle can serve as a channel for promoting these sites as they are much needed by employees these days.
• I think we need more tie-ups with schools & pre-schools.
• Tie-ups with Petrol stations and Investment platforms will also benefit employees.

• There are many brands that are still not available. Some brands are available for a few countries only which I really hope they fix it asap.
• When customizing the email design, there is a footer with Xoxoday branding, hope they make it optional. It will help a lot.
• And many brands require users to go to certain pages and enter the code sent to them to get the actual redeem code which I don't think is a good idea.

Vantage circle has user friendly UI, easy to use, and reachable support thats why i selected vantage circle. Vantage circle definitely a good choice agianst other stacks up as it offers many online shopping apps and it covered most of deals. Redeemption of the rewards is straight forward and easy to claim.

The support can be easily reachable via emailid ,contact number. I had a chance to contact them it was went smooth and got ghe quick response from them. They also provided the quick resolution.

I have not used any other products with redemption. Vantage Circle is the only one I used so far & this could be recommended to my peers & friends due to the wide range of options it offers, flexibility & 100 + options to choose from. Also, this is very user friendly & the helpdesk team is also very prompt in response & resolution if any issue arises.

I have never came across a scenario when the Vantage Circle was down or inaccessible and I was not able to redeem the vantage points. The platform is always available and the redemption process is very fast. Never faced the issue with the delay in the redemption of Vantage points.
