Based on my experience Xoxoday Plum is suited for any organization out there which needs gifts cards sending platform. They have free and pro plans which make it a great platform for both small and large businesses according to their requirements. They have many features which make them a great platform for all businesses.

  • There are many brands that are still not available. Some brands are available for a few countries only which I really hope they fix it asap.
  • When customizing the email design, there is a footer with Xoxoday branding, hope they make it optional. It will help a lot.
  • And many brands require users to go to certain pages and enter the code sent to them to get the actual redeem code which I don't think is a good idea.
