Workday Strategic Sourcing is great for contract pipeline and management, but I wish it was better integrated with Workday so that we could keep it "clean" when the dimensionality is changed or updated in our financial data model.

Alternatives Considered
I have only used RFPIO to facilitate searching for RFP answers. I have used Scout RFP only to respond to customer RFPs. I assume they have functional overlap, but my interactions with each have not included this functional overlap. For each tool's respective use, I have found them very simple, intuitive, and helpful.

  • Ease of responding to RFPs and winning business
  • I don't have visibility into whether we have an actual $$$ of deals closed where we responded to the RFP within Scout RFP
  • Other departments of my company may use Scout RFP for sending out RFPs and collecting RFP responses, thus reducing costs to issue RFPs
