WellnessLiving provides my small piano and art studio with just what we need for scheduling without being forced to add bells and whistles we don't need. We accept payments directly through Intuit so we don't need a scheduling system that accepts payment. We handle our own promotions on the school's social media platforms so we don't need it on a scheduling platform.

Exactly the program is designed for spa industries or markets that are specifically dedicated to reservations, but we have shown that it can also have a great contribution for small internal spas in companies that need organization, its price is accessible, it gives order and administration, formality which is what we want to show in our company. Thanks Zeneti our collaborators are happier.

• When a student enrolls in a 2-hour class, we have to enter it as two 1 hour classes. As a result, the student only gets one reminder email. This always causes confusion. This needs to be addressed and corrected.

• A few minor limitations using the calendar to book appointments.
• Display which therapists are available when customers are booking online.
• A few minor usability improvements in the point of sale.

Because of the highly customizable nature of the software, the usability is sometimes affected, requiring lots of training for the staff

WellnessLiving support replies promptly to emails and actually answers the phone.

MINDBODY forced us to accept a larger "basic" package with bells and whistles we didn't need, almost doubling our monthly bill with them. Not okay, especially since we were one of their very first clients. No support for micro-businesses like my studio.

Zenoti offers the richest feature set for our business category.

• They came to us at the perfect time. We were with another scheduling software company that was going to gouge us with increased costs. WellnessLiving was just starting and gave us an affordable package.
